However, Henderson left the PRPA in 2004 after he had blackmailed Nebraska's Governor with pictures of his own "diminutive genitalia" (as the FBI had phrased it) threatening to post them online for the world to see unless the Governor legalized same-sex marriage. Henderson was once again arrested on a misdemeanor charge following the incident. Henderson then joined the Libertarian Party in 2007 following a period of being a political independent, due to his self-proclaimed hatred of the federal government and desire to dwindle it down to as small and non-interventionist in the lives of everyday Americans as possible. Henderson will be running for the Libertarian nomination for President.
