Well isn't SOMEONE cavalier about the person who, for the most part, controls whether a Democrat wins their re-election or not. But yes, she will be giving the introductory speech. Planning on a 'coming together' theme, with possible anti-Republican undertones.

No need to be so aggressive on the OOC.

Eh, not saying you should. I'll let her more 'behind-the-scenes' role in the party build up over time, so she won't be going full Doug Stamper anytime soon.

Snooping around on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram and seeing people's videos with Carrollton walking into the bar in the background? Contacts in the NSA? Haven't figured that out yet, though I'll go with the first one for now, unless I think of something else.

Neither of those would be feasible at all.

I'll guess for the moment that she just guessed from her appearance that she was hungover.

Well, Carrollton was indeed in New Orleans, and being so shortly after the Fourth of July, I would expect many people to still be there, especially with their phones. But you are right; I'll try to think of something else.

Character Information Sheet

NS Nation Name: Jovuistan
Character Name: Doug Joseph
Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 42
Character Role: Actor
Appearance: African-American, 6'4", 241Ibs, has a mustache, bald.
Character State of Origin: California
Character Affiliation (Democrat, Republican or Non-Aligned): Democrat
Main Strengths: Very famous, charismatic, humorous (enough), considered an incorruptible outsider.
Main Weaknesses: No political experience, naive, mediocre debater, a bit 'weird'.
Short Bio: Doug Joseph, born in Los Angeles, California, is one of the most well known Actors of the 21st century. After graduating from College, he began to play roles in small, low-budget films, earning moderate success in his early years. Eventually, he was noticed by a major producer, and played a minor role in one of their 1998 films. He continued to garner attention over the years, and made his first big break playing one of the main characters in 2001's The Snake King (note: not a real movie, MEEEEH) and he started to rise rapidly in popularity. He contiued his success as an Actor as the years went on, being nominated for several awards, and even winning a few. In 2009-2014 he produced a movie of his own, a quite well received one in fact, which only boosted his name-recognition and celebrity status.

He has also not shied away from politics. Being a registered Democrat, he supported Winston in both of his election campaigns, and endorsed Danders in the 2016 Democratic primaries. He is a strong advocate of ending the War on Drugs, maintaining open access to Abortion, gay marriage, and generally Liberal economic policies. He was considered a possible candidate in 2016, but he ultimately declined, and might run in 2020. He has threatened to vote for Green candidate Ellen Walton if the Democrats nominate Anthony Conti or someone who received no primary votes.
Other Info: Has a wife named Anne, and two sons named Walter and John. He has a non-profit charity organization called the Joseph Foundation.

Well isn't SOMEONE cavalier about the person who, for the most part, controls whether a Democrat wins their re-election or not. But yes, she will be giving the introductory speech. Planning on a 'coming together' theme, with possible anti-Republican undertones.

Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.
