Keep in mind that super delegates are not simply floating about, but tied to a state-so, for example, the Florida superdelegates, for example, would be inclined towards Murray-though less so after Huerta's pulling of the endorsement.

I would also contend the results that give Beaumont such a massive pool of delegates.

Carrollton is proposing the bill as a draft, not a finished product, so she would definitely be happy to take up a revised version. She may introduce an amended version of it herself.
