There is no RP yet. How could I make sign ups or OOC if there isnt even the fame of a RP? Im just here to see if one is currently going that I just haven't found, or if someone will start one with me.

I just dont know if I have the time to be the OP without a strong dedicated CO-OP staff. Im a teacher and work full time on top of a part time job. Plus I live in china so im 12 hours ahead of most users.

I have some frames from other peoples RPs that I can use for my own if I started one. But I would seriously just need a good full time team who I could trust. If I cant get that, then I cant do one. Simply because of my time zone and work hours.

Let that come. As players will arrive, they will get familiar to the RP and start helping out others and all. These are the people you usually name as Co-OP's. At first, your RP won't be overflooded. If it is, then you will have a great base of people to trust

I would like it to be near future. it would advance technology, allow economy's to grow and even give small groups some time to have claimed some land. Small groups could theoretically claim land and become a small nation. Or maybe the situation in Ukraine is resolved (sorta) giving room for small weak nations to start up.) I wouldn't want people changing anything to big without a huge explanation.

I assume your talking about the Republic of China, rather than the People's republic. I doubt you can get NS in the PRC
