came out okay more or less, it's a bit rough but it gets the point across.

I tend to stick to descriptions, since I can't draw and I don't want dozens of "blue eyed anime person" "dark haired anime male", etc. in my search history.

Besides, if their's a load of pictures it's only a matter of time before I start asking for descriptions.

It may or may not have been shamelessly described using creative freedom as a large wooden board placed on a series of concrete stilts which themselves are obscured by a huge black curtain.

He is always suspecting that the academy/institute/compound are their to brainwash kids. He may have a mission for them.

I said you could have the character and that they would be transient. i had also said previously that he would be a senior member of the Outer Council at best, especially since he will be part of a faction thatn doesnt exactly support the Council as a whole.

Also, it makes no sense for the families not to have someone on the high council. They're meant to be a large component of the council, like obviously in a straight up fight the council would defeat them but it would cost a lot of life and risk far more incidents like the one that brought it into being.
