For goodness sake, this isn't the most OP character. How about people who have characters with powers including absolutely no description? One of Charlia's characters, for example, could use electricity manipulation to kill someone with no time to react. Their's not been anything that stops Charlie from accidentally turning the main computer system into powder.

Oooh! Great idea! I'll have to think about using Charlie that way. By accident, of course. :)

One more thing. If I was to submit another character app, would it be welcome?

No idea what the person would be able to do. Just inklings of an idea of a backstory.

Generally, even with weight limits, transmutation of that kind is always overpowered. I've seen a few different methods applied to it to make it less OP, to different degrees of success. Range was one, usually it was down to touch, but not always, and that was usually, paired with a reasonable weight and time limit, the most successful.

Usually something along the lines of "If they transmute more than 200lbs of material over the course of an hour they rapidly become exhausted." sometimes with "Up to three lbs per minute of contact." The amount needed also depended on the power level of the universe, and whether the RP was focused on combat or not.

The next most successful I've seen requires a bit more dedication for the RPer to research the materials. It required that the complexity of the material rapidly increased the time and energy required, both the starting and ending material. Altering something like a living thing, which tend to have complex molecule chains centered around carbon was nearly impossible. Transmuting water into say, Hypochlorous acid, which is relatively simple with only one more total atom in the molecule than H2O (H2O vs HClO) was extremely simple, didn't take but a moment, and used little energy. This method had a a distance beyond touch, though a requirement that one had to be able to see the material, so ambient water vapor, or water in blood, for instance, couldn't be transmuted unless it was cold enough for the former, or someone was bleeding.

Having this weird urge to make a fifth character(of course it would be the last one, I pay attention to the limits) who is... well, I'm still working on power choice and such, but her 'name' speaks for itself, really.

Would a 2nd character from me be ok?

Yeah, playing villains tends to be the most fun, so this has a lot of them. Tis why I usually default to "I don't know yet" and let the RP decide.

I really hope this isn't OP. I did my best. ^-^

Student Application
* = Optional
Character Name: Natalie Kleinschmidt
*Superhero Name*: Patchwork
Nationality/Place of Origin: American
Hero/Villain/Not Sure: Hero at heart, except when she loses it.
Affiliations: Otherwise
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: Finding a photo for this girl would be pretty much impossible, so I'll simply link pictures of attributes and fill in the blanks when I'm done. See, even her appearance section lines up with her nickname. Now for the various attributes... we have hair, right eye, left eye, skin. About 5 feet tall. Ectomorphic. Dresses colorfully. Can't imagine what else I'd need to put here.
Abilities & Weaknesses:
Ribbon Manipulation
Paper Charm Magic
Suicidal Attack--she could spam this ridiculously if she had infinite lives, but she doesn't, so it's never actually been used
Multiple Lives--she has precisely nine
Astrological Physiology--not all physiologies available to her

As for weaknesses... well, she's weak to everything normal humans are weak to. Pretty sad, huh?
Bio:
Nobody really knew what the deal was with Natalie Kleinschmidt. As far as anyone could ever tell, her appearance was the result of genetic mutations, or something. As she grew older, her peers mocked and relentlessly teased her, calling her 'Patchwork girl' due to the fact that she looked rather like she'd been pieced together from several different people. This continued throughout her childhood, and no matter how hard the young girl tried to make friends, very few people were willing to do anything other than torment her.

In high school, she fell for a boy who--miracle of miracles--didn't seem to care about her appearance. In fact, he thought she was beautiful. A little too beautiful, in fact--when he got too physical too fast, she broke off the relationship, leaving him bitter and angry. Wanting to get back at her, he got a group of his friends together and convinced them to help him with a plan to humiliate and break the younger girl, making it so she'd be too scared to show her face at school again.

One of the boys managed to get the affection-starved girl into a relationship, but on their first date, he drugged her. And the group put her through hell.

It was then that her abilities manifested themselves, and she snapped, killing all of them while giggling madly, somehow enjoying herself. Unfortunately for her, the incident couldn't be kept quiet, and shortly after...

Well, the Compound happened.

Personality: Patchwork is a bit of a clown, and ever-so-slightly off. Friendly and cheerful, she's always ready to glomp the unwary, but beneath her outward smile and all-loving attitude lies a deeply insecure girl who's terrified that people will hurt or reject her. Hates being made fun of.
RP Sample: LOLnope.
*Reasons to be sent*: She killed people. While laughing. And she's a little bit... well... nuts. In her own special way. *pats on head, gets bitten* SERIOUSLY PATCHWORK.
*Additional Notes*: Muuuuuuusiiiiiiiiiiic.

looks good, but possibly make the Physiology abilities dependant upon things or be unstable at times. I can't really think of weaknesses that wouldnt depend on another power to keep them in check.

Now for the various attributes... we have hair, left eye, right eye, skin.

*Voice actor*: Lauren Landa
# Compound

looks good, but possibly make the Physiology abilities dependant upon things or be unstable at times. I can't really think of weaknesses that wouldnt depend on another power to keep them in check.

Yay a new Plaything Friend for Stephen.
Oh, they're definitely unstable. All her powers are, some to greater degrees than others. 'Cause of how they activated, y'know?

So... accepted? Can't really tell.

Also, what are the White and Black Rooms? I just started wondering about them and couldn't find info.

...I'm not judging...

As soon as I saw you posted I was expecting another comment about my horrific backstory tendencies, LOL.

They are listed under punishments

White Room: Shows someone a glimpse of them obtaining their hopes and dreams and then loosing them.

Black Room: MAkes one live through their worst nightmares and fears.

...So... what sort of things would get you into each room? Like, what would you have to do?
