Abilities & Weaknesses: Rose is also able to practice a variety of "spells"; specifically ones related to directed forms of energy, and various forms of restructuring. Instead of just being straight-up telekinesis, it has to have an end-result of a very ordered fashion. Attacks most often involve big bursts of light.

In situations of extreme duress, Rose is capable of becoming significantly more powerful; creating large spectral constructs similar to rose thorns and other edgy things. This generally has a negative impact upon emotional control, but collateral damage is rare, and intelligence remains the same; even if speech becomes nonsensical.

Bio: Born in the Eastern US, Rose was moved by her parent; who already knew of her future capabilities and likely their eventual fate; using a sizeable fortune to move them to the middle of the countryside next to a laboratory. Their house was massive and eloquent. Eventually however, Rose's mother died after a certain agent known only as "Bec Noir" arrived; killing them. Rose attempted to take revenge, but was left on the brink of death, and left for dead. After getting up, The Compound was just about the only place left where she felt she could actually have the freedom to take on Bec. Rage faded though, and eventually, it just became a generalised goal. Aimlessness lead her to The Compound, and she's not looked back since.

Personality: Extremely prosaic. Sophisticated with a British accent, and has been described at times as "a human supercomputer".

This entire application is a massive joke. If anyone actually gets it, I applaud them.

In reality though, it's just a test to see whether a specific character may or may not be based off of another; since there is one character in this RP which shares uncanny similarity to... Something that is closely related to the one below.

It may or may not also be a fallback character if Petro (Not Peter) is impossible to interact with. Hamfisted interaction never works. I can testify to this after writing the clunkiest post in my life and using it as an excuse to enter the Cafeteria.

It might be a joke of an application. It might be a psychological evaluation. It might be a test for the ramifications of various actions. But, all the same, it is still legitimate.

So he can transform into different things essentially? Also fix the code mix up if you can.

Short answer would be to think of it similar to how the Transformers are, just even more sci-fi like. The longer answer is that he'll start out with stuff roughly human size and eventually will be able to transform into bigger things (and his appetite is something that all all you can eat restaurants should be terrified of), where stuff is anything from a humanoid android to a space ship (a large one being very far off).

They WILL regrow, but regrowing whole limbs takes a while, an hour or two.

Edit: I can extend this to be longer, of course if it would be more comforting to your tastes.

In any case, the whole application was in bad taste from the beginning, 'cause it depended on nobody knowing who they were. I guess the guys in charge can decide whether to accept it or not with the new knowledge that it is based off of a Homestuck character.

It may or may not have been to test whether the owner of Fortuna knew about the Queen Spider8itch herself, too.

He's already been nerfed enough. Not all of the shadow council would have combat-oriented powers, some would conceivably be purely intellectual in nature. Like a technology expert or someone with extreme knowledge.
