Appearance: Like a mummy, but with sunglasses. Dressed like the Invisible Man. (Image will be here eventually.)
Abilities & Weaknesses: Can summon and control all species of flies, bees/wasps/hornets/yellow jackets, and locusts. Plague has a stupid regeneration rate to compensate for all the diseases he has. However, his body is plagued (ba dum tss) with every illness and disease known to man, and he lives in a constant state of pain. No one has seen his face because he's so ugly. Because of the bandages, Plague can't eat normally. He lets out flies that eat the food, and take the food back to Plague.
Bio: Born to a poverty stricken village in a poverty stricken part of Egypt, Plague was born without a liver. He should have died in a few days, but instead lived on. When Plague started his education, he had almost every sickness and disease in Egypt. He had to wrap himself in bandages so as not to spread his "plagues". Though Plague completed grade, middle, and high school, he was hated all that time. One kid in specific bullied him. His name was Aaron. Aaron found Plague leaving school one afternoon, and Aaron ran up and slugged Plague in the middle of his shoulder blades, knocking Plague to the ground. What Aaron met however, was much worse. When Plague hit the ground, he rolled onto his back and hundreds of biting flies and wasps crawled out from his bandages and onto Aaron. Aaron didn't come home that evening. He was found on the street, bitten to death. After that incident, Plague packed what meager items he had and fled. nourishment came from the grass the locusts ate, and what little meat he had came from the flies. When Plague reached a Compound member, he was ready to die, but still showed potential. This marks the beginning of his story.
Personality: Sad and desperate. Ready to kill anyone who stands in his way.

Hero/Villain/Not Sure: Not Sure, struggles to be a hero but walks on razors.

Appearance: Tall, muscular (AKA "Swimmers build"), Grey eyes, distinct scar runs from right ear to chin, covered in tattoos signifying Russian mafia badges of honor.

Abilities:
1) Extreme healing factor, While not instantaneous, most injuries begin healing within 45 to 90 seconds of occurring time depends on severity of injuries. Odds of bacterial/viral infections are SEVERALLY limited so physical illness is incredibly rare.

2) photographic sensory perception AKA precise recollection of almost everything he reads; sees; smells or hears.

Weaknesses: Short temper, over-reliance on healing factor in combat, while he tries to reign in his anger, is known to use excessive force when riled up. The intense trauma and/or pain of recovering from more traumatic injuries (limb amputations or extreme injuries) can cause Ivan to go into a fit of berserk rage as a self-preservation instinct.

Bio: Born to an abusive father, a drug dealer for the Russian mafia, Ivan's earliest memories are those of a hard-knock life. His mother was a junkie, hooked on her husband's dope and easily cowed to his whims. It wasn't until his 16th birthday that Ivan finally had enough of his father's petty violence and he lashed back. It was during this fit of rage that Ivan finally came to recognize his abnormal physical features. When his father stuck a broken beer bottle in his throat, he overcame the grievous injury. Instead he used the broken glass shards to stab his murderous father to death. Now bereft of any income, he submitted to the mobs' will for a time. Working as an enforcer in Chicago to extort small businesses and blackmailing politicians to make ends' meet in his father's stead. Ivan despised the work, feeling it made him no better than his father, but he felt an ever pressing desire to care for his mother whom had cared for him after his father's savage beatings.

In time, Ivan couldn't bear to falsely wear his father's identity any long and began to go after other Russian crime bosses in the city. Only 3 existed, constantly bickering and waging quiet wars amidst themselves which made his work all the easier, masking the numerous murders to come as little more than gang-related violence. It wasn't until he hit the age of 18 that he truly escalated his efforts. Now feeling himself a man and thus forced to behave as such he proceeded to openly wage war on other criminal elements in Chicago. While the press pegged him as a violent psychopath, the public viewed him as a somewhat benevolent nutjob. Willing to commit abhorrent crimes (none of which could be tied back to him personally, of course) but also catering to the typical American vices of cheap liquor, loose women and cheaper narcotics. It wasn't until just before clearing the final remnants of organized crime from Chicago (aside from his own, which was on the rise) that he was abducted for containment within "The Compound".

Personality: Can give the cold shoulder when he is focused or angry about something, but generally tries to put on the airs of a gentleman, albeit a bit crude at times.

RP Sample:

Ivan had been coming here for almost 2 years now. He enjoyed the peaceful and friendly environment as waiters and chefs did their best to serve the locals and occasional tourist whom heard the good word about 'Vitali's Bistro' a mere 2 blocks from his home. He went over the morning paper's contents in his mind, they had contained little more than the usual, more violence in the city, this sports team beating that one or this politician spewing hatred for that one. More of the same drivel as yesterday's paper. Very little interested him anymore, but his current meal was pleasant so that was something. Ivan had taken note of the noisy car brakes squeaking to a halt outside, but such was typical in a poor neighborhood. He'd glanced up from his plate to notice another car he didn't recognize...and this lot was rather well dressed for the vehicle they arrived in.....

If he had noticed them drawing their weapon's a moment slower, Ivan likely would've had a far worse day, as automatic gunfire riddled the tiny restaurant in long uninterrupted bursts, the sounds of glass shattered and furniture being chewed apart by bullets filled the air. Screams of someone in pain could be heard from the kitchen for a brief moment as several of the gunmen reloaded before the raucous gunfire started up again. When the racket finally ended, it took all Ivan had to hear the sound of tires squealing over the ringing in his ears. As he slowly stumbled to his feet, he observed the chaos before him, a woman lay on the floor clutching a gunshot wound as others rushed to her aid. If he hadn't known better, Ivan would have suspected an act of god had swept through half the building. The booths and counter were almost totally destroyed, someone was calling 911. The young man observed his own injury, a gunshot wound running from his left hip to his right shoulder, likely inflicted in the first moments of the shootout. Both the entrance and exit wounds were already sealing shut, leaving no trace of scar tissue.

The young Russian-American was a great many things, a man of pride, respect and principle. He cherished his small comforts in life just as much as he did his family and 'co workers' within the organization he ran. Each held a high point in his life, just as much as this building had, these ingrates had stained one of the few holy places in his life. As he reached into his pocket for his cellphone he made his way out the door. Already the sirens of ambulances and police made their way towards him, the phone rang several times before someone answered, before his voiceless recipient had even managed a word, Ivan had issued the 10 words that every criminal in the city had come to dread pouring from his mouth:

"Have your men grab their gear, we go to war".

Likes Classical music (a particular fondness for the 1812 overture), his mother (Donna Richardson), Italian Cuisine (Specifically Spaghetti and Meatballs), weapons (particularly guns).

Dislikes*: Disrespect towards his mother, dishonorable behavior (by his own opinions), disrespecting women, most rap and country music.

*Reasons to be sent*: His ever growing interest within the Intelligence community (CIA, Mossad etc.) and capability of surviving lethal injuries committed by Russian hit squads warranted closer examination.

*Additional Notes*: Ivan is a living breathing example of 'The ends justify the means', if he feels an act of extreme violence will better the public, even if it might be deemed a terrorist act, he will do it. It should also be noted that while Ivan was indeed an unofficial member of the Russian Mafia, his age and the size of his organization made him extremely insignificant in the eyes of those 'back home' even with his ferocity. While admittedly young to be running a criminal organization (albeit minor in size), this is due in part to his intense understanding of leadership skills and watching his father 'at work'.

This entire application is a massive joke. If anyone actually gets it, I applaud them.

In reality though, it's just a test to see whether a specific character may or may not be based off of another; since there is one character in this RP which shares uncanny similarity to... Something that is closely related to the one below.

It may or may not also be a fallback character if Petro (Not Peter) is impossible to interact with. Hamfisted interaction never works. I can testify to this after writing the clunkiest post in my life and using it as an excuse to enter the Cafeteria.

It might be a joke of an application. It might be a psychological evaluation. It might be a test for the ramifications of various actions. But, all the same, it is still legitimate.

Abilities & Weaknesses: Rose is able to use limited pre-cognition; most often very important events, but sometimes more minor ones. This ability is strictly limited to events that will cause a large change in the eventual fate of the universe it is within; in essence, anything that will change its eventual end state in any dramatic fashion. These predictions are oftentimes extremely sharp and full of clarity, but for the sake of all that is holy and all that is known as "writer's ability", it's gonna be vague and rare at best.

Rose is also able to practice a variety of "spells"; specifically ones related to directed forms of energy, and various forms of restructuring. Instead of just being straight-up telekinesis, it has to have an end-result of a very ordered fashion. Attacks most often involve big bursts of light.

Bio: Born in the Eastern US, Rose was moved by her parent; who already knew of her future capabilities and likely their eventual fate; using a sizeable fortune to move them to the middle of the countryside next to a laboratory. Their house was massive and eloquent. Eventually however, Rose's mother died after a certain agent known only as "Bec Noir" arrived; killing them. Rose attempted to take revenge, but was left on the brink of death, and left for dead. After getting up, The Compound was just about the only place left where she felt she could actually have the freedom to take on Bec. Rage faded though, and eventually, it just became a generalised goal. Aimlessness lead her to The Compound, and she's not looked back since.

Personality: Extremely prosaic. Sophisticated with a British accent, and has been described at times as "a human supercomputer".
