Although the Byzantine Empire is the continuation of the "Roman Empire". Most of the Europeans saw the Byzantine Empire as the Empire of the Greeks thru out the history and it would be funny if the Empire of the Greeks would reform the Roman Empire and conquer powerful European nations. If that happened, the European nations would ganged up against the Byzantines and boom, dead.

Non-aggression pacts and alliances go a long way. We also want to mend the Great Schism still. With Alexandria, Antioch, Jerusalem I hold a lot of holy land. Maybe the Pope would be willing to meet and have a council to mend the schism.

Just keep a few Catholic families alive so we don't go the way of the Hapsburgs/Lannisters/Targaryans.

Anyway, the immigration to my region wasn't only after the wars in Germany, that was maybe only a million; most of them presumably came earlier due to increased instability in the region. There was already mass immigration from Germany during this timeline, and I'm less than doubling it. What exactly is so unreasonable about that?? Pennsylvania is one of the most populated states in the Union in 1900, about 6.5 million. Lets take away 1.5 million for 1890. So that leaves about 5 million. The part of Pennsylvania I took is probaly about 2 million pops. New Jersey is also, extremely populated, about 1 million. Also, I control the major city, so thats prob 3 quarters.
11 million + 2 milliom + 750,000 is 13 mil, so 2 million is right.
But, 25 million? thats ALOT, way more realistic then 16 mil in new england right

Real life population of my states in 1890 was 19 million; I've changed my pop to 23 million, which is a similar increase percentage-wise to yours, PLUS I explained it. Perhaps the unoccupied states evacuated to your region? Roleplay time

Romans never joke about this kind of stuff. However the only nations that own land that is part of our rightful borders is Germania, England, Italy, France and Iberia. However Germania holds little land we want and England isn't that important.

Really Italy is the thing Romans desire the most since it's their homeland.

It is very unlikely. Maybe Southern Italy, up to Rome mostly, would have the slightest possibility. Other than that, it is quite unrealistic.
