And his return will bring forth a conflict with hasn't been seen in centuries. Where will you stand, against evil, with him? Or is your path different?
The Winter Kingdom of Welmire Note: ALL Credit goes to Ghondrah for the descriptions
The Winter Kingdom is the home of the hardiest of men, here only the strong may survive, the weak cast out into the cold. Ruled by the House of Snow, it is a land of forests, great mountains and endless tundra. It produces no food except for fish, largely dependent on the other realms. It is here that Malus the Dark One was first born into the world, his father a no-named warrior serving House Snow, his mother a tavern wench turned whore.
The Dark Kingdom of Norstol
Once the realm of Malus the Dark One, it is corrupted by his evil and corrosive influence, the landscape, once dotted with majestic mountains, fields of endless wheat and grass of emerald now an endless hellscape, known derogatorily as the arm pit of the world. It is the home of the Malusith, a race of men who worship The Dark One as a god, seeking to restore him to life so that he may reign supreme over their dark kingdom and the world.
The Protective Kingdom of Soven
Once the overlords of Norstol, it is a heavily militaristic Kingdom, born out of years of constant conflict with the Malusith, the Kingdom of Soven is ruled by the Warrior-King Ryon of the House Soven, who, despite his youth has manage to repeatedly prove himself in the field of battle, a successor fitting of the name Soven. The north of the Kingdom is often raided by the Malusith, and affected by the corrosive influence of Malus that still lingers even today, the south however is a rich land of plenty.
The Red Kingdom of Redore
So called the Red Kingdom due to its history of Bloody Warfare with its neighbors Merrine and Agarothin, it is a land where warriors are destined to live and die, plagued by constant warfare with either Merrine, Agarothin, or a coalition of the two, the Red Kingdom is a fitting title for Redore. A landscape dotted by plains and rolling green hills, Redore, despite its name as the Red Kingdom is actually a rather pleasant place to live, provided that you are a lord or a warrior. A peasant's life is here is a grueling one due to a rather infertile soil relative to its neighbor in the south.
The Kingdom of the Sea
The Kingdom of the sea is a place of true plenty, endless farms dot the landscape, a very fertile one due to the many rivers that make up the land. It is the largest of the Kingdoms in terms of population and wealth, with a huge retinue of troops at its beck and call. As the most powerful of the kingdoms, it was the primary target of Malus' conquest 300 years ago, and the scars of past wars still dot the landscape. It is in an alliance with the Kingdom of Stone Agorathin, a mutual relationship that keeps in check a dangerous enemy in Redore.
The Kingdom of Stone Agorathin
Much like the Kingdom of Winter, the Kingdom of Stone has an inhospitable landscape, where the hardiest of men live and die, however this is where the similarities end. The Kingdom of Stone is one of builders, not one of hunters and warriors. The Stone Kingdom houses the Rockmen, a race of men characterized by their short stature and honest, earthy nature. The landscape of the Kingdom is one of rocks, hills, crevices and great mountains, the cities of the Rockmen are built on plateaus that grows from the Earth. It is a favorite target of Redore due to its natural resources and weakness, however its alliance with Merrine keeps Redore in check.
The Noble Republic of Convastrius
Convastrius is the home of traders and patricians, 48 Families are in constant battle, either open or behind closed doors for ultimate mastery of the great city of Convastrius. It is strategically situated, protected by the Stone Kingdom as a natural barrier and juts out commandingly into the Great Pearl Sea, all trade in the East leads into Convastrius. It is spectacularly wealthy but depends on mercenaries for its defense, with no standing army and a small retinue of troops.
The Kingdom of Equals - Lefianath
The Kingdom of Equals, also known as the Desert Kingdom by the Northmen is the home of the Southmen, a race of men that populates Lefianath and Korenil. It is known as the Kingdom of equals do to its egalitarian culture, both men and women are considered equals, with both men and women having the ability to rule and inherit land, and to command armies. However equality ends there as there is a strict hierarchy between the nobility and the peasantry. It only has a a quarter of Merrine's population and 1/10th of its army. However the Deserts that populate the land makes it extremely hard for any foreign army to invade and conquer it.
The People's Kingdom of Korenil
Known as the People's Kingdom due to the fact that there is no in-born nobility and the system of Elective Monarchy, it is the smallest of the 9 Kingdoms of Men but undoubtedly the most pleasant to live in. Its small population means that there's plenty of land for everyone, and the egalitarian culture of the Korenil meant that there is no inherent distinction between peasants and nobility.

) but your speaking of human "races" confuses me. I think to really be different races, they should be as far apart as Humans and Hobbits (Homo sapiens to Homo floresiensis, in Earth history), or at least as far apart as Númenóreans and Eriador Men in middle earth (clearly distinct by one race easily reaching an age of over 200 years and the other one dying usually somewhere between 60 and 80). Otherwise, the term "ethnicities" might be better. Which one is it?
