Acton is a small town....Alexander should probably live there, unless he has a really good reason to go to a small town with one high school and no big name grocery stores or supermarkets.

I think they're mostly there to guide them in becoming better at something the person chooses or what the guide thinks is best.

Like I'm pretty sure Max's guide will try to guide her into becoming what he sees as the ideal pharaoh or something.

True. However, the ideal Pharaoh does precisely what they want, when they want, as they are above the law due to being mortal "gods". Additionally, the ideal Pharaoh pursues their own goals, damn the consequences or those that stand in the way.

The down town is full of local shops and restraunts. And I wouldn't say that. Small businesses can sell new stuff, it's not only big companies that can purchase new stuff for sale
