In the air, the Druss gain dominance through the incredible projection of force that the Drussnought creates. The seas are no different, as they use Druss Capital Ships to transport high volumes of both infantry and smaller aircraft. This more than modern technology makes up for the lack of magic within Drusslav.
History: The remnants of an ancient kingdom, Drusslav was once a proud empire. It held dominion over much of its continent, and the ruling species was primarily elves. These elves exploited and enslaved the massive human population underneath them. Mainly used as front-line troops and peon workers for the Druss Empire, the humans were oppressed and considered second - even third - class citizens. This incredible oppression lasted for centuries, with the elves magical power growing as the degradation and demeaning of the humans only worsened. It was to the point where Druss humans were considered lower than even other species. It was through generations of planning and careful hiding did a change finally occur.
The First Revolution was led by one Jackson Dregovich. During a campaign to expand the Empire, a large contingent of humans were sent as a vanguard to the main army. A careful maneuver brought the vanguard out of the charge of the Druss' enemy, and led to the Elven overlords being decimated. This human vanguard then turned and marched directly on the capital of the Empire, a now-dead city known as Stovenhold. Burning the city to the ground and rampaging through the country, the human army, now known as the Great Revolutionary Army, started a genocidal regime against any non-human and magic user. This regime, The Purges, paved the way for Druss humans to inherit the empire.
Changing the name to the United States of Drusslav, and then to the National United States of Drusslav, the first Imperators set to work establishing Drusslav as a powerful nation. Utilizing the almost infinite stock of Elysiam at their fingertips, thanks to their previous Elven overlords, the Druss underwent massive industrialization. Surpassing several of their neighbors in technological output, they have been exporting their "last year's model" technologies in order to gain revenue. Now, they look hungrily towards the rest of the world to expand their iron claws. Drusslav has a population of approximately 175 million individuals.
Military Doctrine/Strategies: Druss military doctrine is designed around projection of force. Show the enemy the big guns first, and pound them into the earth, and then send in the infantry to root out what forces are left. This slow but deadly efficient method of warfare is best utilized in attrition warfare. Druss armies enjoy grinding enemies down through crawling battles. For this reason, the Druss are excellent at urban operations and combined arms maneuvers. Most infantry divisions will be supported by dozens of batteries of artillery and several large columns of landships. Defensively, the Druss utilize a dynamic trench-warfare system, continually shifting strongpoints and creating weak spots in their enemy's offense through withering bombardment and ground based advances. The Druss Navy utilizes fast-moving aircraft to outrange many of the big guns of other nations' navies, and will prioritize infantry boarding once within striking distance. In the air, Drussnoughts will zero in and damage the opponent's capital ships before even considering moving into strike range, and then will shift backwards and repeat the procedure.
Military Branches: Druss Royal Army, Marines, Navy, Air Fleet.
Military Strengths:
- Superior technology.
- Trained leadership.
- Fanatically loyal soldiers.
Military Weaknesses:
- Almost total lack of magic.
- Doctrine usually constitutes high death rate if bogged down too long.
- Not a real abundance of fast-moving vehicles or maneuvers.
Relations with other nations: Slightly sympathetic with Orbis, though distrusts their governmental policies. Hostile towards the Winter Empire. Extremely hostile towards Essuran. Generally neutral or indifferent towards every other nation.

Just letting you know, most of that tech isn't too different from what other nations are using. Apart from the Semi autos (Since I think most nations are using bolt actions or some wierd Magitech thing, correct me if I'm mistaken) people have things like landships and flying dreds already. Although maybe I'm not reading it correctly....
Another thing is if you are going for a much more tech advanced nation, I'm not sure the weaknesses you've provided would properly balance that out... Perhaps detailing the ones you have a little more might be helpful.

Culture: The people live in the old traditions, farmers farm, workers work, life is like that of a 100 years ago. In the newer cities, things have begun to change. The Imperial Family lives as it did 100s of years ago, but through the fair hand of the Emperor, the people enjoy rights they have never had before. Freedom of speech, religion (though most of the population remains faithful to the old gods) and expression has taken the country by storm.
Technology: On par with Imperial Japan circa 1945 (minus the whole "Getting-bombed-to-fuck-by-the-US" part)
The A6M Line of Fighters is the mainstay of the Imperial Navy Carrier forces, while the J7W has taken the place at the dominant Ground Based Interceptor
The navy, while possessing a smaller number of ships compared to other Navies world wide, operates high quality ships (See Japanese Ships of WW2- The list I'll add in shortly) Based around the idea of Battleships strike groups with fleet air support.
The army still uses the Type-98 Bolt action rifle, but plans to upgrade tot he newer Type-104 Rifle^ are in the works. The Type-3 Chi Nu tank is the mainstay of Imperial tanks forces for its speed, agility, and firepower.

History: WIP.
Military Doctrine/Strategies:
1. Naval doctrine. The Empire prides it self on having some of the most effective naval ships and crewmen of the world. Predominant strategy is to deploy a pair of Battleships with a Pair of Fleet Carriers with a escort force of around 30-40 ships. (Similar to IRL Carrier battle group doctrine.)
2. Due to the Naval dominance, a fast, agile fighter was needed, this saw the birth of the A6M "Reisin" line of fighters. When the Air force became separate from the Navy, the adopted the J7W for its heavy armament and high speed.
3. Due to the smaller size of the army, warfare is more based around a set of lightning strikes and deep thrusts at key enemy locations. This tactic is even more so prevalent in the Marine Raider units.
4. Tank Doctrine is to escort infantry and A: Fight enemy tanks; B: Exploit breakthrough in enemy lines
5. Due to the uniqueness of the Imperial Knights, and the small amount available at anytime, they are reserved for the few drawn out wars the Empire faces. Due to their size, they are often shipped in large cargo ships and are often in the direct middle of naval formations.
Military Branches: Imperial Army, Imperial Navy, Imperial Air force, Imperial "Shogun" Corps
Military Strengths: Small, well equipped and trained ground forces perfect for blitz tactics. Navy fallows modern day Battle group tactics combined with high quality ships and crews. Air force/Navy air groups enjoy high speed and agility respectively. Shogun Corps operate as some of the heavyset and most deadly machines of War.
Military Weaknesses: Small over all standing army. Ships are expensive to make. Shogun Corps Mechs are hard to build and repair, needing the use of specially trained magical workers.
Relations with other nations: Neutral to all...for now.
RP Sample:
Word on the Shogun.
Tower at about 30-35 feet. Use (to great effectiveness) Large caliber auto-cannons and even ship mounted artillery as primary weapons. Their pilots are all those of Royal Blood who posses magical abilities, allowing them to operate the machines. The Machines them selves are 49% machinery and science, 51% magic that is keeping it all together.
