Well the idea is that it's supposed to be a silly and amusing way to introduce characters, how better than to ramble like a crazy person while attempting a robbery? You can learn so much these days in everday life, and people just don't notice or appreciate! :P

Now, to attempt to mug someone who is far more capable of fighting back than they seem. This is going to be a clear reason why, if you have super powers and are assaulting someone in anyway shape of form, they should be turned on. Especially if it's like, super dodge slo motion crap that stops you from getting punched in the face. Usually. Although this will probably hurt more than that :P
