If you are all fine with me using your characters and the events of the characters then let me know. If anyone doesn't want their character used then I will modify it to not use your character. Once the book is finished, I will get a list of names or aliases from those who allow me to use their characters for the list of authors in this collaboration.

The issue so to speak is that the events of the roleplay are happening in the SAO world, which is an integral part of the Sword Art Online series.

So 99% from what we use is copyrighted, one way or another.

I'll have to work out those details before I begin, but I'm sure it would be listed as fan fiction. I will be giving the publishing company in America that published SAO a call on Monday and see if they have an opinion on the matter and if they can see if Reki Kawahara would allow it.

Even if they decline the idea, we can still use the characters and use a different setting and plot that would be of our own creation. It's mostly the characters and the view points of each person on each event that I'm after. However, if you guys insist, I won't persue your characters for a book. Although, it wouldn't really be me using them. They'd be yours to control and I'd want you guys to read it before it went anywhere.

I'm decent with plot and the actual events, but I lack in diversified character design. I know what characters I like, but not everyone likes the characters that I do. Besides, every story needs characters that different kinds of people like and dislike. Like Nina from Code Geass, I hate her and I'm incapable of creating characters that annoying.

I also have an idea to create a book.
Not SAO based fanfic but nonetheless.

I've been working on it for three years now, not the writing mind you. The worldbuilding.

If we were to all work together we could possibly get it done in a good amount of time. That aside, there will be three new players and two new guilds that I will be introducing as part of Kruvok's character development. One of those guilds will show up at a very bad time for Kruvok.

Dude, you have three people who don't want you using their characters. That's almost half of our active players. Try writing something original instead.

Also, if you're going to add three players and two guilds to this roleplay, you'd better make apps for them.

Alright alright, will do.

Also I'm currently writing up the applications on another tab.

Sized it down to one player and one guild. I think my original number was going to be a bit too much.

Application
Required Information

Name: Kristen Bulward

Username: Dystopic

Sex: Female

Character Level: 98

Age and Origin: 19 was born in New York and visited Japan on vacation when SAO was release. Refusing to wait to play, she bought a new set of Nerve Gear and logged in.

Picture Appearance: http://s7.favim.com/orig/151019/anime-g ... 448464.jpg

Character Skill: Huntsman's Eyes: This skill allows the user to find their target without fail if their target is on the same floor. It will display the location on their map and when nearing a recent path, they will see highlights of anything that their target touched, including footprints.

Height, Weight, Body Type: 5'4", 105 lbs, slim-athletic.

Equipment: Blues Wake: This sword is a simple handed sword. Increases users combat medic level by ten and agility by five. Twenty five percent chance to lower opponents defense after first successful strike. Combat must be stopped for at least five minutes with that specific target to reuse skill.

http://www.trueswords.com/images/prod/e ... _sword.jpg

Character Bio: Kristen was shocked, to say the least, by learning that this would be her entire world for who knows how long. She managed to stay calm for the most part, but was always on edge, liable to fall apart at any moment. Through sheer hard work, she managed to make it through the first two months.

That's when she met Kruvok. At the time, he was mostly normal. He still had his split personality, but the other side was nicer. At the time, he was nice, loving, and caring, almost the ideal person. If you'd have met him then, you'd think that the default personality was the alternate. This all changed due to one single event, but that is a story for another time.

RP Example: Come on, I thought that we were buddies. :p

Additional Fun Stuff: Not Required

Personality: At first glance, Kristen seems like a perfect honor student. She's smart, sweet, and caring. She places high value on those around her and would do anything for them. However, as you dig deeper, things get kinda crazy. She has a deep desire to kill Kruvok by any means, but not out of hate. It's out of some weird form of love.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic neutral

Theme Song:

Have You Read, Understand, and Agree with the OP Posts & Rules In Detail? Yes
#SAORulz

Guild Application

Name: Clovered Hearts

Abbreviation: CH

Headquarters: Urbus, Second Floor

Area of Activity: Second floor with Liason offices in the first, fourth, seventh, and thirty first floors.

Type: Green

Role: Red Player Hunting Guild

Leader: Dystopic

Sub-leader: Zacfried

Members: 49, Dystopic and Kruvok(formerly)

General Level: 80-90 with two members up to 120 and 132

Short Description: The Clover Hearts were originally founded to curve the increase of red players that had arisen. They would take any information and act on it, if it was confirmed by another source. They proceeded with several hit and run tactics that would lure the red players out into an ambush.

When they weren't taking on missions, the higher ranking members would join the assault team to help clear the game.

Emblem: http://previews.123rf.com/images/sshiss ... Vector.jpg

Trademarks: Has a policy of no survivors. Most red player hunting missions will end in a massacre of the red players.

Looks good, but that ability is a little OPish. You should add a cooldown time, or something to make it a little weaker.

And I ended up having not much time to write anything to day. Being an OP in your own roleplay is tiring.

I'll post something tomorrow even if CC doesn't post.

It makes me think at something that Dremo would tell Noblemind
Especially that part will letting the guard down, and learning to trust me.

Nice song :p

Nice song :p

My thoughts exactly.

It played on the radio this morning and I started laughing.

We were in the car on the way to church, so I just start laughing my head off out of nowhere as this sad-sounding song plays, and the rest of my family just gives me slightly odd looks.

They're kind of used to me doing unexpected things though, so they didn't really question it. XD

Yeah, the song really fits in.

Although the thought of you randomly laughing because of this is funny :p

I'll have to go to sleep though, so good night!

All this talk about death and SAO has made me remember Sachi, and a fanart I saw once.

Imagine if they did a scene of that. Her family sits around the bed as they mourn the loss of their loved one, not knowing the hardships that she endured inside the game. Then you que the flashbacks of everything she did in SAO in a picture montage.

Such a scene would have made me cry so much.

But the most terrifying thing is thinking about how l of the people who died in SAO died in real life. You wake up, and then you have around 10 seconds before the NerveGear fries your brain.

Horrible.

If you had ten seconds to wake up, the doctors would pull the damn thing off your head before it did anything.

You can't take it off without frying the brain. Remember that the NerveGear is directly connected to the brain and the nervous system.

More than likely, you'd wake up for only a few seconds and the doctors wouldn't be in your room just yet and you'd probably only have three seconds after waking up and realizing that you died in the game and were about to die in real life. It would be just long enough for the fear to set in, or in some cases, the relief that your struggles were over. They would take solace in the fact that they got to see their world again, even if only for a moment, and that their struggles were over.

That, would be the kindest way for them to die. Knowing that they tried their best, and their part was over.

Of course, that's the best case scenario for those who die in the game. The majority would probably be in utter fear and chaos as they took their last breath.
