Kewl.
I just want to make sure, is Tim being a bit on the OP aside of the spectrum ok? He literally has what might be the second largest (second only to the Necropolis, bit of lore I'd like to add if Rho likes it and I have the time) collection of Dark Tomes in the world, and his life's work is to learn every single thing in them. He's been at it for a century already. If I need to tone him down I can, but I saw no point in limiting him for the sake of being op, especially since he's a teacher who probably won't get into fights too often anyway.

Despite being aggresive and prone to anger, Ignis has never actually managed to have been in a formal magical battle with another character. Sure, she killed a bunch of Lyn's mooks and blocked one of Hikari's attacks, but she actually never really fought someone on equal grounds, so I hope this battle arc will get her some chances to actually fight someone...

Aww. Tim won't have to actually get serious unless you throw some seriously prodigal mage at him. I was hoping for a 1v2 exhibition match to warn kids about dark mages. :p

Yeah, I had an idea for an awesome combination between Kassoq and Droma's powers. I could probably still use it later though. I'm sure there's still a way to do that. Perhaps there could be a moment before then where Tim calls up two students to try to attack him and then shows his powers.

I might call up the whole class if I want to get serious :3
That might get a bit dangerous though. For both sides.

And Tsukuyomi would thrash him too. She was born in 1847, but has a few millennia of experience.

Ummmm...so has anyone here ever seen a March Madness bracket?

If not, go look one up.

So we have 30 kids. They're going to selected to randomly fight each other. The winning student wins for their school. So let's say we have a tournament bracket:

Image

That means two students from the same school can possibly be pitted against each other. That's the twist. Aria and Catherine could end-up fighting each other. However, if Aria wins and ends up going on to win the tournament, Aria wins for Mana, and Mana will get the rewards. Make sense?

And you haven't even seen what Tim is capable of.
Reading Aether's app, I actually feel like they would be an even match. Neither would be able to kill the other.
Tsukuyomi I haven't read yet.

I'm not sure Ignis could hit him.
No offense.

Here's my original Kassoq-Droma battle plan:
Kassie summons a bunch of ice shards, Droma coats them in her Greek Fire and sets them ablaze. Kassie then launches them at the target. When they slip through the flesh, Kassie makes them expand into a gas, which has an effect like that of many tiny bombs going off underneath your skin. To add to that, the target's on fire because of the Greek Fire from Droma.
And before anybody asks, no, the ice shards will not melt, because magic. I can say that because it's true.

I won't elaborate too much at his point, mainly because I want to get it all written on paper rather than in my brain before I say anything that isn't in the final version of his powers, but two things (among his many powers) he has that not many (if any) other people have are:
Sight and Mirror.
I know that sounds weird and vague, but I haven't written essays on their uses yet :p

@Khas, I don't believe they would be able to hit Tim much less damage his skin. For reasons you'll see if you try it. I'm not saying not to, it's a test of my roleplaying skill (and brainpower) that I welcome.
