Consentrating on the powers granted by Erebus, Catherine stood still, right eye closed. It was much easier to focus and channel that other beings power now that they were a part of her body. The air around her began to chill, and the grass at her feet withered, dried out and died. Frost blossomed on the patch over he left eye, and the wind that had been gently tossing her short hair stopped dead, all of the energy around her being brought to nothingness to powers Erebus. Slowly even the day light around her began to dim, and she threw off the eye patch, the sphere sitting in her eye socket casting that side of her face in a disquieting black nothing. Wisps of the power floated away from her head, looking almost like smoke, but looking at it brought to mind the thought that it was something wrong, and touching the vapors would send a chill through even the hardest of hearts. The power now concentrated and manifested, Catherine put it to use, and a pool of darkest night formed in front of her, and her blood started to flow out of the body, staining the dark robes even darker. Out of the pool came a horse, completely black to the point that it appeared as a silhouette, any features of the body lost in the darkness. Her robes changed, completely, until they looked like royal armor. With ease Catherine lifted her self up onto the stead, and then was joined by two more mounted figures. They were armed with long spears, and completely armored. Bat-like faux wings sprouted from their backs, a cruel parody of the equipment of a Winged Hussar. Long straight Koncerz blades hung at their sides. Now prepared, Catherine and her entourage moved into the hedges that still crowned their heads, blocking any observation past the corridor they were in. But above them flew a huge raven, casting a shadow much larger than should be possible as it circled around them. Shortly Catherine met back up with Simone, gesturing to her mount, which was saddled for two.

"If you don't have any other quicker method of transport, you're certainly welcome to join me. I'm no knight in shining armor, but for now I'm all you got."
