Protector of the Realm
Lord Paramount of the Stormlands (disputed)
Lord of Storm's End (disputed)
House: Baratheon

Personality: While Joffrey is best known for being the murdering, torturing, "I am the king!' child. Joffrey is also reputed for being a Charming and Polite young man when he desires to be diplomatic, and seems to genuinely care for few members of his court, such as his sister Myrcella, his (Legal) father Robert, and Bronn (Tyrion's Sellsword). Joffrey is still however an arrogant, craven, and impulsive young man who is known for pursuing violence at every given opportunity.
Skills: Master Torturer, influence and authority of the Iron Throne, surrounded by a family of gifted specialists, comes from the Wealthiest bloodline in Westeros on his Mother's side, and the family best known for its great military commanders on his "Father"s side, charming, knows his way around court.
Weaponry: Widow's Wail, a Valyrian Steel Longsword with a hilt made from Lannister Gold.
Military Strength: 196'007 Soldiers. (Including: The Reach (100K), The Crownlands (45K), the Goldcloaks (6000), The Westerlands (45K), And the Seven Knights of The Kingsguard (7).) For the sake of balance, I am just gonna say that the Stormland Lords who supported Joffrey after Renly's death all went over to Stannis, as well as any other groups not listed above. Tywin and the bulk of the Crownlanders/Westermen will have bled fighting off the Northern-Riverland Revolt and the Ironborn Raiders, while the Reachmen are not 100% raised yet, and the Goldcloaks/Kingsguard mostly hang around King's Landing and protect Joffrey.
Biography: Taken from the Wiki:
Joffrey is twelve years old when the story begins. He is described as a handsome young man, with the gold hair and green eyes of the Lannisters, and is tall and strong for his age. His uncle Tyrion occasionally tries to teach him something of politics and learning, but he is uninterested in such matters, more interested in warring. He and Robert have a distant relationship, but his mother dotes upon him. Throughout the books, Cersei is willfully blind to Joffrey's insane and homicidal behavior, no matter how ridiculous. Rather than recognize the monster that she has unleashed on the Seven Kingdoms by putting Joffrey on the throne, Cersei embraces the fantasy that he is a great king, or at worst "willful", and chides her younger son Tommen that he should try to be more like Joffrey. Later books also retroactively reveal that Tommen has lived in terror of Joffrey his entire life. Joffrey killed and skinned several of Tommen's childhood pets, yet Cersei continued to dote on him. At one point Tommen even says that he used to "go away inside" mentally when Joffrey did certain things to him, though the exact extent of what he did (killing his pets or something far more sinister) has not been made clear. At one point, Joffrey, as a child, was told that a kitchen cat was pregnant. Upon this discovery, he cut open the cat and took out the unborn kitten fetuses. He presented the fetuses to his "father", wanting to gain approval from him, but Robert was shocked and disgusted by this action, which caused him to hit Joffrey so hard that two of his baby teeth are knocked out, and is thought to be dead. Cersei brushes off Joffrey's actions as some nonsense with a cat, and threatens to kill Robert in his sleep if he ever harms Joffrey again. Many of Joffrey's cruel actions are his attempt of being more like his "father".

Denined. You do realize Joffrey, Robb, Balon and Renly are all dead at this? It's the first line in the OP.

It's alright, I'll await your Tommen app. Also your forces are WAY too high. The Reach would stay the same, however the Westerlands and Crownlands are bled dry. The Golden Cloaks are mostly mercs at this point and their numbers are small. The Iron Throne needs the Reach's support to survive, along with Dorne.

I see, but considering Tyrion went against his own house, I would assume he does not mind? But let me know if I can, The Forsworn Knights.

Name: Lord Mace Tyrell
House: House Tyrell
Age: 46
Gender: male
Titles: Lord of Highgarden, Defender of the Marches, High Marshal of the Reach, Warden of the South, Hand of the King
House:
House Seat: Highgarden
House Sigil: (Image)
Allegiance paid to: (Eg. Bolton's to Starks, Starks to Targaryens) House Baratheon of King's Landing
Appearance (Picture appreciated): (Image)
Personality: Lord Mace is a very powerful man, yet many times he does not seem fit for this role. He speaks a lot, and hardly knows when to stop, angering many people around him (notably the Queen Regent, Cersei). Furthermore, he is a lavish man who strongly enjoys drinking and eating, which over the years has made him round and fat. He is not, truly, the leader of his House, but he seems fine with it. His mother, the elderly Lady Olenna, is far better at this than Mace ever was... but still, Mace is convinced he is a great warrior.
Skills: A powerful, rich man who is also a good diplomat.
Weaponry (If any): House Tyrell does not have an ancestral blade, but Lord Mace has two precious castle-forged longswords and all his sons have one of their own.
Military Strength (How many men can your lands call upon, eg. The Reach could likely muster 100,000 men.): 100,000 men
Biography (At least a well written Paragraph please):
Lord Mace is the son of the late Lord Luthor (who rode off a cliff while hawking) and Lady Olenna. He was a handsome and strong man in his youth, but similarly to King Robert, he grew to be a fat and generally lazy man. During Robert's Rebellion, his armies fought in support of the Targaryens, with Mace and his companion Lord Paxter Redwyne leading the men. Even though Lord Tyrell is credited for winning some victories in the war (a good example being the Battle of Ashford), most were actually won by the forces of House Tarly, their most powerful bannermen. Mace was the one to blame for Ser Willas' crippling, as he forced the boy to take parts in jousts under age. Many of the debts of the Iron Throne are owed to Mace's family.
