sorry... first I want to say that my english is not perfect and I havent already made so many experiences with roleplaying, but I already know the difference between occ and ic... because of your post in which you wrote, that our leaders should meet (isn't that a bit in-character also?, I thought such details have to be in the ic threat as well), I thought I can write it like that...
