I'd want a rival mafia member breaking off some of the country to fight in a civil war. possibly some falcone family member from Mafia II, that's where I'm getting my inspiration from, even though Vito was Sicilian.

I did have the wonderful experience of seeing Silence of the Lambs in my psych class. My health class was still scarier.

I think that's about the correct ladder of the insanity tree. Plus I would actually love to go through those stages of insanity myself.
