Well, more weirdness and incompatibility between mods keeps happening in Hearts of Iron 4, so I think I may be able to drag myself away from it and actually finish off my app. :p

I got bored so I started writing up a draft for the encounter with the aforementioned one-off drunk, but I can't think of a name for him. Any ideas, guys?
