She doesn't change very much, save for chains flying around and slightly darker eyes.

Personality: Meria is typically a really nice person and can very often come off as motherly and/or flirty, however, she is really a relaxed person that will more often than not sing music and dance by herself.

Flop: Deep fear of water, and a crippling immediate hate of monsters, as in she will charge at them and cut them down, especially those bigger than her, no matter how wounded she is.

Power: Chain manipulation, she can create and send chains flying at her opponents, however, she is somewhat limited to two modes.
She can only attack with her right hand, while the left is used to defend, she needs to move her hands for her chains to move and will need her fingers to achieve perfect control.
Despite that, she can still create other chains with different properties such as varying resilience and resistance.
That said, she cannot modify the primal chains or the sharpness of her chains.
Otherwise, she only has a very limited control over them, just like in her human form.
Her chains however detect celestials due to the similar energy exhibited from them.
Just think of Shun in Saint Seiya, minus the cosmos energy.

Weapon: Her primal chains, that she uses in addition to her created chains in Celestial form.
However when used in human form they do not yield the same power if used physically and not through the power of the constellation.
She also has a good knowledge of hand to hand combat, such as savate and something fairly similar to Chou Jaio.
Meria incidentally wields a sword that is coated with a resistance enchantment, making it significantly more durable.
Something she also has but can only be considered a weapon in her case is that she has plated gauntlets and greaves, for better kicks and punches in general, however, they are extremely light due to an enchantment, making them weigh only a few grams.

Bio:

Meria comes from the Queendom of Caisopia, where she lived pretty regularly until her chains appeared and locked themselves around her hands, just like Theriam in his own way, she lived almost solely for a thrill in her life, especially after she got her chains manifested.
However, being Andromeda, she felt like she could protect her small village on her own.
However due to a mistake in her own training, she suffered a nigh vital wound that stopped her from being able to be healed in her village and was sent to the capital, however, while she was kicking back on her last day, rumors went that a gigantic monster had attacked a village on the outskirts of town.

As misfortune would have it, it was her village.
Immediately rushing for it, she went to protect it, almost losing her life in the process, and only saving a little girl from the absolute massacre that had ensued following the arrival of the monster.
Since then, she has sent the little girl in an orphanage and wanders around, trying to find another purpose to her life.
Theriam and her have met several times as well as fought/sparred together, internally, she likes him but will never actually allow it to happen until he acts on his own, however, she constantly tries to find him after he always leaves unexpectedly.
Lately, she had been hanging around the City of Decay due to being the only lead she has as to where Theriam would be.

I find her cute, mostly.
A bit like Laelynn really, her fear of going too fast would be fun to tease in a relationship.
