Abilities: Sleight of hand, Fullmetal Alchemist Skills (specifically, in the manipulation of air, electricity, and occasional shock waves), and Sherelock Holmes level observation skills and Joseph Joestar level Improvisation.
Weaknesses: His lazyiness, his occasional overconfidence, his devil-may-care personality can sometimes cause him to gain more enemies than friends.
Bio: Like many Ishvalans after the end of the Fullmetal Alchemist series, Sully was gradually becoming less than a second class citizen who happened to be a street urchin to just a plain old street urchin. His ability for alchemy was first noted in him counterfeiting Cenz bills (the currency of the Fullmetal Alchemist world), and upon his arrest, breaking out of the cuffs and making a dash for it. There he found someone with similar abilities, a State Alchemist, who took him under his wing.
While Sully attended a public school like other Amestrisian children, he lived and was personally mentored by the State Alchemist, honing his attention to detail and ability to bluff, con, and talk his way out of most situations. A certain "War of the Foodstuffs" incident occurred, which almost resulted in his expulsion, but rather than being kicked out of the Academy, he was transferred here.

Personality: Most would be shocked at the young 14 year old's flirtatious behavior and casual, devil may care attitude. Rarely does he respect or rather, obey a person in power unless they give him good reason (and no, bribes are not enough, he'll end up milking you dry). Emerging from life on the slums, Sully would rather have the easy life of being a State Alchemist than being a hero. However, it is because of that harsh upbringing is his heart for making friends and establishing deep relationships with a select few. Despite his social behavior, he is very pragmatic in battle, relying on cunning, sleight of hand, and speed to outmaneuver and out-plan his opponents, leaving them dumbfounded on how the villains managed to be entrapped in the trap
they made just for him! He also has a distrust of the powers that be, often using the Socratic Method to figure out why a person is loyal, or using rather simple observations to undo complex and long held traditions. Here's hoping that there are a few subjects and people that may pique his interest...lest he decide to turn this place on it's head.
Reasons for Joining: The Alchemist Association deems that Sully is a very powerful candidate, but lacks discipline and experience, thus he is sent to the Academy.
Additional Notes (fears and hobbies should be given): Playing cards, listening to music, calligraphy, doodling and writing small poems (something to pass the time in boring lectures), hanging out with friends
