I'd need to see the app. You couldn't take the character exactly, this takes place in the same universe at approximately the same time as the Academy, but you can take the same species and similar powers.

Okay... that would work, though it may need some tweaking just for some guidelines in the RP. Maybe she was human but when she was little she tore a hole into a reality that scrambled her genes, and she came back uptime that?

If it is in the same universe I would assume the dimension rift thing still applies....or I use her tears power and say she was accidently sent from her universe and trapped there.
