"I completely support the 1st amendment of course they should support it in the same way. I am also a supporter of the 2nd amendment I support the right to bear arms, but I believe that we should have common sense gun measures such as a one month waiting period among others, I think that the majority of the problems of this country's crime rate does not come from guns but bad policing. I promise to bring the same type of law enforcement that worked well in Vermont to the federal level."

"I do not at all, you are still allowed to get weapons all I am saying is that I want you to wait a while before getting gun. You are still allowed to have a gun, but this is to discourage criminals. These waiting periods are nothing more than a minor inconvenience for the good folk of this country, but it will cripple certain crime organizations. "

"I'll agree with the Governor, and go a step further. The Second Amendment guarantees its right to a militia. We respect law-abiding gun owners, but we take efforts to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, and to ensure that military-style automatic weapons are not made commonly available. And, unlike Governor Danders, I've actually signed these laws, and because of that, New Hampshire has the lowest murder rate in the United States."

ISIS. It is undoubtedly ISIS. They are the only foreign power that has struck us here in the homeland. Russia, China-perhaps problems of the future. ISIS is a problem now. San Bernandino. Boston. More to come. They are a threat to our citizens, and a threat to our moral standing. They practice slavery, prostitution, execute homosexuals, murder as they please, destroy all they touch."

"We are not the world's policeman, and I don't believe in getting ourselves involved in foreign wars or regime change-but ISIS is neither. They are a blight on humanity, a threat to our people, and a threat that we, along with our allies, and the international community, will stop."

"In regards to state actors, I'd have to say the rising tensions with Russia is a significant foreign threat. We're butting heads on Syria and Ukraine, not to mention the allegations of the Russian government carrying out cyber attacks on our institutions, whether to cause confusion or to steal intelligence, are all very troubling. In regards to non-state actors, I'd have to give that title to ISIS. Looking past their territorial holdings in Iraq and Syria and the capabilities they have in that region, they have a concerning appeal among young people who feel disenchanted or alone, which they can use to manage terror attacks in the US and against our interests abroad."

"It is China, they have a rapidly ballooning economy and their military spending is rapidly catching up to our's. On top of that they routinely threaten our allies with military action and occasionally they follow through with their actions. If we allow these actions to continue we are going to be in for a very bad time. We need to send a firm message to China that bullying smaller countries is not ok, and if they continue we will slap sanctions on their economy. However, there is another reason why China is so dangerous that has nothing to do with its military or our's. It is the fact that Chinese manufacturing is killing us and their illegal economic policies, it is taking manufacturing jobs of the USA. The most notable of which is the illegal subsidies on steel, and their currency manipulation. I promise that my administration will label China a currency manipulator when I am president, and we will slap tariffs on Chinese made steel if they do not immediately cease and desist their illegal activities."

"Governor, there are ways to go after those terrorists without legitimizing them. I offered an AUMF, which not only deprives them of the legitimacy that comes with a declaration of war, which is usually reserved for state actors, but it also allows us to take action against them."
