Every candidate has moved to the center Tony. There aren't enough die hard partisans to carry an election with just red meat for the base. We just need to stake out the center left and go on the offensive against Reed

I admire Danders' convictions, but he wrapped himself around a label that is politically toxic among independents

What about we adopt Danders' economic populism for the party platform as a compromise? Kuznetsov has progressive bonafides due to her push for single payer in New Hampshire. That combo might be a winning combination.

"That will push either Danders or Kutznetsov over the top but barely, we have a chance to win, but we need to run the greatest campaign at least since 1996. We just have to pray that Beaumont self destructs in a way that takes fiscal conservatives from the Republicans and leaves the blue dog Democrats with us."

"Fuck. We gotta get rid of both of them. We gotta crash that gay plane of theirs, or smear 'em good and hard. Something brutal. Rich guys like Beaumont have all kinds of skeletons, let's get a P.I. on them. Hell, I could open up a case in my own department in the Office of Law Enforcement and Security. All it takes is for his company to have bought some crap harvested illegally, or for him to have flipped off an Indian. Seeing him on trial will make the voters run back home to our warm embrace."

Turner had just about had it and stood up walking straight to the man.

"Can you just shut up? Just stop with this stupid commentary and focus on the reality. Just win it fair and square and unlike you, at least the majority of this group has morals. It's people like you that has given the establishment a bad rep idiot!"

The President, sensing the tensions, moved to calm them.

"Please, calm down. Just calm down. Now, if we go with Danders we have got to really strengthen his moderate elements while pushing his more radical elements away but not completely."
