Anderson made contact smashing the ball low and fast between first and second base bouncing a few times and making it a good distance into the outfield.

Finally finding a ball hit in his direction, Amaras, who had always kept a little pride in his smooth fielding abilities, took the chance he'd been given. A quick step and cross-over over to his right and a deft little shooting out of the glove was all he needed to make a nice snag, and he executed-or at least he tried. He had the instinct in his mind, but older muscles didn't quite twitch as well as he thought they would, not helped, in the movement, by the additional weight they were now carrying and the sluggishness it imparted, turning his nice snag into instead hopelessly waving his glove at air as the ball slipped by past it, and him, into the outfield.

Ella enjoys herself just watching everyone warm up and then field once the batting practice starts and cheers whenever Anderson gets a hit while she stays next to Walsh.

After some time Kramer began to stroll around whilst watching the batting practice at the field before seeing Senator Enchanted and Representative Walsh before eventually walking over.

"Good morning Senator. I don't believe I've had the pleasant honour of speaking to you."
Kramer opened warmly before turning to Representative Walsh.

"Good morning to you also Representative."

"Oh hello there Senator Kramer." Ella says to greet him. She does feel slightly nervous but she has had experience with people who have the mental illnesses that she thinks Kramer has and with that is confident enough to talk to him openly even with the slight fear inside.

Cal delivered to Chandler in the same manner as he had to Anderson, a smooth and simple motion for a guileless pitch in the mid-forties crossing as near to the center of the plate as he could manage.

McGareth is frustrated and muttering to himself as he goes in to get in line but he slows when Stevenson comes up to him but does not stop. He recognizes her as the woman who is challenging Breckenridge and is moderately suspicious.

"Fine and how are you?" he says back.
