Yeah, the last Tsar, the one who married your queen, had a few children, as far as I can remember. One of them, a so called Prince Vasily, was visiting Constantinople at the end of the last roleplay. Meaning that, if the civil war started after that, there is a high chance that he would have remained there.
But I can't place a Slavic Prince as the ruler of something not Slavic.
And the house of Taurica is a cadet branch of the Palaeologos, so I'm going to integrate them in.
Vasiyl is actually Karina's husband.

Firstly, calm the fuck down.
I was merely suggesting that if Togeria needed a way for the Crown Prince to survive the civil war, he could have remained in Constantinople, even if ICly, it would have needed a little more work on Rome's side to make him stay. He also didn't meet any other foreign diplomats after arriving in Constantinople, as his mission there was secret.
But it's Togeria's choice, if he wants to keep him and his wife for his new nation.

If anything the Perm believers would be pushed out eastward into what's left of Russia if they try and overthrow the monarchy. The civil war is still fresh in everyone's minds and the majority of the people being peasants not only look up to Karina but the efforts of the Tsar before his death with the most extreme holding the church of Perm responsible for Russia's collapse. In the two spectrums of this believe you have those that either wish to distance itself from Perm or those who outright want it discommunicated and destroyed. Then you have moderates who wish to see both states coexist and those who support Perm.

You need to calm down not me.
That is not what you were suggesting at all. You were suggesting you kept the Crown prince there against his wishes.
Stop attempting to bully players who are getting into the RP into what you want them to do by saying things like that.
As for the secret that was crap and you know it, it was an international meeting coinciding wsith the marriage of the Korean Viceroy.
If you could have found a way to keep him with his consent then sure. I mean he's more to your benefit than mine as since he has ties to the commonwealth via Karina and her supporters then he would prove a most useful person to you.

Constantinople
Prince Vasily shook hands with the man. Like Constantine he had messy black hair, but the similarities ended there. Vasily was a bear of a man. Standing at 6'5" with massive broad shoulders and displaying a short but thick beard. He had intense ice blue eyes and shook the princes hand with a bold yet friendly power.
"It is a pleasure." Vasily said.
He introduced his wife, a small but shapely woman she seemed positively tiny compared to her husband. Blonde hair and pale blue eyes of her own, she was stunning. Both were relatively young. Vasily was only 28 and Karina far younger at 21. Though they looked like a stereotype come to life. A massive russian man seemingly built to fell forests and enemies alike, and his wife a beautiful though tough individual.
The Russian delegation
As the Russians arrived in the port, they were waited by a guard of 12 Scholae Palatinae, in their red parade uniforms, and four Varangian Guards, with their parade uniforms, parade weapons, and of course, their viking axes, led by Prince Constantine Palaeologos, the same one who was going to leave for Russia after the celebrations. Prince Constantine was more like his brother, the Emperor, being born from the former Emperor's first marriage. With a black, somewhat messy hair, and eyes somewhere between brown and amber, Prince Constantine was a characteristic Mediterranean Roman.
"Ave, Prince Vasily of Russia. Welcome to Constantinople.", Prince Constantine welcomed them."I am Constantine Paeologos, First Prince of the Roman Empire. I would like to welcome you and your wife to the city, in the name of the Emperor, the Senate, and the People of Rome."

History :
In the 1930s a paper titled "Pax Slavia" was written, it it called for not only peace among the Slavs, but a national homeland for them as well. While initially lacking in sales and popularity the paper grew as it was printed in a variety of different languages and spread along Eastern Europe. Its popularity would first gain strong popularity among the Serbs and then spread north and east to the Polish, Ukrainians, Belorussians, and even the Russians themselves.
As Russian went through revolution and the birth of the Neo-Russian empire was realized the reforms that saw modernization of the country as well as the peasant background of the Tsarina caused much controversy within the empire. This was further flamed as the Church of Perm grew in power and the nation erupted in civil war. Unfortunately, the tsar would be slain in battle as he led a defense of the country in east to protect the capital of Moscow. While he was slain however his wife, Karina had survived.
The Church of Perm in their succession had caused many groups within the former nation to rise. Of that was a nation who lied to furthermost western reaches of the empire, The Commonwealth. These men had gathered in the name of Slavic brotherhood and unity. Many in their ranks however had supported the former monarchy and in their quest to gain support from the outside had sent a envoy to the capital city of Moscow. The former Tsarina would be surprised of their entry and even more as they knelled before her to crown her as the 1st Queen of the Slavs, and she would accept.
With Karina now as the head of the nation the revolutionaries would march eastward in an attempt to claim what was left of the empire. They would succeed in taking most of the Ukraine, Belarus, and even east of that however in this offensive many of the armies numbers were dwindled by rival groups within the country as well as their equipment damaged. Unable to further expand The Commonwealth of the Slavs was declared with Karina as the head monarch. The first prime minster of the state was elected only months ago with the government having been properly established weeks before that. The country has much work to be done with much of the infrastructure in need of repair or remodeling. The government and state are however hopeful with many of the more liberal minds of the previous regime having moved within the nations borders. The nation looks for allies around it to help it grow into the proud nation it seeks to form into and the Slavic heartland it was created to be.

I mean I personally care less about faith, and it's not a priority as it is to you or Rome. Likely the commonwealth will become Christian or Catholic as we're going to be seeking assistance from the west, namely Hansa.
