Gender: You would have thought that he is a female, don't worry because he's actually an androgynous male.

Powers/abilities: Intelligence: X is an incredibly intelligent person, he can create incredible machines with enough resources.
Self-Time Manipulation(?): X actually has this ability because of a bracelet he wears, it allows him to manipulate his own time similar to Tracer (but to a lesser extent, for example he cannot speed up or slow down his own time as much as Tracer could, she can do it because the Chronal Accelerator pretty much takes advantage of her Chronal Disassociation while X's bracelet does it artificially and will occasionally cause him nausea).
Power Suit: X can summon a powersuit he designed himself with that fancy bracelet of his, while wearing the suit he can freely move through the vacuum of space, fly in atmospheres and enhance his strength as well as fire fancy lasers. This however, makes him unable to manipulate his own time. If he places a Chaos Emerald into a slot within the suit, the suit's abilities are boosted. However, the suit does have a battery life and will not function when it runs out, even with a Chaos Emerald (the emerald doesn't power it while it's in the suit).

Weaknesses: You know that bracelet I talked about earlier? Yeah, that also prevents a condition he has from killing him, destroy it and he'll soon die. Aside from this he has human weaknesses (but that's eliminated in his suit).

Destructive Capacity: Car Level (Without Suit, with Plasma Pistol), Large Building Level (Power Suit), City Level (Power Suit w/ Chaos Emerald)

Equipment: Plasma Pistol, Super High-Tech Fancy Bracelet

X suffers from a condition similar to Tracer's Chronal Disassociation. Without his bracelet, he will flicker in and out of existence (unlike Tracer, it's literally his atoms disappearing and reappearing from existence rather than getting thrown across space and time), the closer he is to disappearing permanently the more the flickers will occur, he'll also become quite weak, frail, nauseous and barely able to move.
