I feel the reason for the lack of activity is how the world isn't really "breathing"... Despite me being a player, I hardly plan on expanding my Venezuelan Empire any further... So I was thinking, maybe the IE could enact international events - or, if not possible - I could. I've withdrawn from pretty much all alliances and my quest for the Andes is pretty much done. I just think it'd boost activity a lot more if certain events which weren't tied to infamy occurred, such as AI nations holding summits, treaties, AI alliances, and economic recessions - and technological breakthroughs, all of that stuff. I'd be happy to do it if Entitaria doesn't have the time, and I'd ditch my conquest plan of the Hispanic people.
