I didn't claim to in any case. It's perfectly reasonable for a competent intelligence network to notice the movement of large, unusual shipments. Nuclear devices are pretty large, and moving them by secret would be much harder than just taking a drive down to the local 7-11. They'd require days of dismantling, and secure movement with convoy and each nuclear missile could probably take up to several trucks or aircraft to take the device to a secure location where they're exposed to several hours of aerial reconnaissance (and thus have to be even more slowly and arduously.)
I know, but I'd rather no nations know about the nuclear arsenals of Russia, China, and the Caliphate.
