Ready for what? Invading the Arabs? No point. Look if Kurdistan accepts the invatation into the PCE, which, with the Caliphate, I'm pretty sure they will, and the Greater Arabic Emirates accepts, then they are completely surrounded by PCE members. If the HAC even touches us, then we can invade them and get less infamy, significantly less. Otherwise, we just can strangle their economy by basically not letting them through the Suez, which means they have no easy access to Europe or America, and the Persian gulf, just because, well, idk the Persian Gulf is important for some reason. We don't need to invade them we can just force a collapse.

Just read through the convention, and I have to admit it has a few stupid rules. The first of which was the Republic of Egypt had no say in how that convention went, and I am not fully represented on that treaty. Also, yes, I cannot stop you from going through the Suez, but, you forget, I dominate the Red Sea, and have near to full naval control over the gulf of Aden, which is under no such agreement. If I can't let your ships past the gulf of Aden, then what happens?

Next, in that case you have no authority over the Vatican City, as, the Vatican City is to remain a fully neutral territory.
