Everyone has rioters, but Enti was taking pity on you because you were new. The reason you have rioters now is becuase you went and called her process unequal, and therefore you got what everyone else is getting. It's your own fault. Now it's equal, you get to experience the same as everyone else.

Alright. Upon examination of the post, Bolivia's demands are far too radical or large for how significant Bolivia is. Bolivia is basically trying to decentralise the confederation, which needs to be centralized in a way the states within it function in harmony. Bolivia's demand of "no power within our borders" is the primary concern of this. For example, if Fenezuela, which won't exist in my next post, happens to want to build in Bolivia or set up some industries as if it were her own country, that wouldn't be allowed.

Also, I don't exactly understand why Xinjiang would join with the Han Chinese. The people of Xinjiang are more akin to the Mongols or the Tatars like the Kazakhs, the Kygrz, etc.

1. I get that, but I can see how it realistic that they want to be able to leave the Confederation and so that the individual nations that make it up cannot control them.
2. Yeah, I know that Xinjiang isn't Han, but independence movements in modern times are very low and I doubt they could survive alone.
