Different branches of the Muslim faith, you'd likely actually inadvertently create the caliphate instead of stopping it, and you'd spend A LOT of money.

I feel like me and Fenezuela are actually sort of similar in a weird way. We are both trying to unify our people, it's just he's going the nationalistic way, unifying everyone under one identity, and I'm going the more, communal way, embracing everyone's differences. I find that rather interesting.
