Yeah that was another player who joined as a union between San Marino and Italy. I had to block him from the Suez as well...

Ye. By the way, try to avoid bias. You are going to have some issues just like everyone else, and this is only the beginning of hell. However, most of the riots in the world are limited.

Agreed. Veneto split off from Italy and is pretty much economically independent now, and trying to "peacefully" annex Veneto in such a way is silly.
