I like it, nice job. My only issue is the part where you said "War with Brazil". We have a rule so that expanding into neutral terretory cannot be justify war. (Although, all of the other things you mentioned are allowed, like a trade embargo) That rule only exists because in the second version of this RP, Germany went to war anytime anyone wanted to expand anywhere. It is basically to stop "bullying" of smaller nations by larger ones.

I wouldn't say you're evenly matched just yet. Brazil and Argentina are a deadly combination. If you expand North and take Panama, you can seriously hurt their trade though. THEN you could move into action (if a war is justified).

True. I can easily secure Panama and use it to impair Brazil's pacific trade. And it's likely many Chilean ports would be destroyed in his invasion.
