If we're talking about RPs including fascism, why not a nation RP set in a cold war between the United States and Nazi Germany in the time when the Soviets were unable to resist the Nazis (no matter how unlikely it sounded) and the US only went to war against Japan?

Eastern Asia, Oceania, and the Americas would be in the US sphere of influence (with the exeption of China which would probably be leaning towards Germany) while Europe and the Middle East (minus the UK and Ireland) would be in Germany's sphere of influence.

Instead of Asia being the centre of attention (except for some conflicts between China and the Eastern Soviets), I'm planning for conflicts to erupt in South America (more so than in the OTL) and some parts of Europe.

Depending on plausibility, I was considering having Italy a divided state between the Italian Social Republic and the Kingdom of Italy and France be divided between Western France and Eastern France (kind of like Germany in the OTL)

The Soviets are facing a potential invasion from China with no chance of bouncing back into the spotlight. With anticommunism still high in the US and in East Asia, the Soviets are just a shadow of its former self. The Soviets have practically no power to speak of.
