Speaking of which, Edwyn is actually about to enter the Elven camp. Kandor cant possibly expect him to hang around long enough to get a glistening reward betwixt his ribs for sticking to tradition and hanging around in the same room as a murderer.

Yay!
The real question now is how he'll convince the Elves to hand over their slave.

Probably something along the lines of;
"Hey dickless, I challenge you to a duel for those two slaves. If you refuse then you look like a human-fearing sissy in front of all your highborn friends"

Well, those are trophies. Don't worry about the egalitarian aspects of this, you'll find men in a similar situation in his fields.
What? It's medieval times, that's how it works.

Edwyn is going to be screwing with an Elven Prince from the Highborn delegation over two slaves. Now, Edwyn has some very strong opinions on slavery, so it should get interesting. The Ik Ka Ek Akai wrote:

Yes, he is totally not compensating for the fact that his magic sucks.

"The one in the wood elf clothing"
One is a Wood Elf, the other is a vaguely defined Elf that may exist to a breed that doesn't actually exist anymore. Thanks for that, Aethanas.
I thought one was a Sand-Elf Raider Princess, and the other was a Goddess disguised as a regular elf in Woodland clothes?

No, one is the Vertas princess: the Vertas are the largest tribal confederation of the Wood Elves. The one captured specifically is the heir, the eldest daughter of the chieftain.
The goddess looks vaguely Sand Elf-ish, if simply because of her dark curls, whereas other Elves have wavy or straight hair, and tends not to be as dark. Overall, though, she stands out among Elves in appearance, though she wears the same leathers as a Wood Elf, although of much finer kidskin.

Character App:
Name: Tiberius Dakota Castor
Appearance: WIP
Titles: High Duke of Castorhold; Governor of Castorhold; Master of the territorial Army
Personality: Tiberius, or Tobias as he is known by his family, and Tiber as he is referred to by his military elites, is a man of virtues. He is honourable, and empathetic. Though he can often relate to others, he can also be firm so as to not be taken advantage of. He is rather curious of new tech, but has a cautious side to balance it. He likes to give people the benefit of the doubt, and on occasion a second chance, although sometimes those close to him don't give others that opportunity to protect Tiberius. By no means is he unintelligent however, on the contrary he is a rather bright fellow. He has a spectacular amount of patience, and is a keen observer. This has taken form in a number of daily activities from speech to game play. Developing a unique appearance to the Governor than other nobles.
Strengths: Tobias has a knack for falconry, and keeps a red tailed hawk as a pet for hunting purposes. He is good at politics and has a fair knowledge about business so he can keep up with the first and largest bank of the empire. He can play the Bagpipes well enough. He is a good hiker, and knows how to survive and navigate in the wilderness in case he gets stuck in the Castorhold countryside. He knows how to seordfight, and though opportunities for use in war are scarce he practices by fencing with nobles and assisting with putting down of the rare slave revolt. He is kept well informed of the realities of the empire by a daily newspaper, his advisors, and a spy service provided by the newspaper guild. He is well read and boasts an impressive library for slow times.
Weaknesses (Depending o who asks these can be strengths or weaknesses): His honour provides a chance to subtly attack him. His trusting nature, tempered by caution expierience observation and suspicion, can sometimes lead to points of weakness. His empathy and ability to read others, while helping him often can also lead to misconstruing a situation. When he feels he needs to be firm his firm stance can become an issue during negotiations, or be misunderstood as arrogance hotheadedness, or being stubborn. His forgiveness and charity are not always seen as proper or can be seen as a stance of weakness, and sometimes it isn't always reciprocated and had the potential of creating hard feelings between him and another person.
Weapons(Keep it to 3): An enchanted longsword that deals flame damage. A Repeating-crossbow. Greek-fire potions.
Armor: http://tamrielfoundry.com/wp-content/up ... salute.jpg and a shield.
Equipment: The resources of Castorhold; A journal, ink and quill; Spectacles; Map and compass; Travelling Gear; His weapons, armour & shield, and riding gear might also be called equipment.
Property: He is in charge of Castorhold, and owns most of its land and resources which he distributes to vassals. He resides in a few palatial estates around Castorhold, with his main residence being near the woodlands that are in the north west of the kingdom. But frequently resides in the south east to keep in contact with the miners, slavers, and financiers, but trusts his dukes and lords to keep there realms in order so he doesn't need to hip hop all over the place.
Family: WIP
The ArchDuke and GrandDuke are members of his family.
