"Distinguished members of the Senate, it is absolutely clear that this bill is not based on the Missouri Senator's concern for the general welfare of the American people, but rather a total disregard for understanding the actual situation regarding the migrant crisis in Europe and the Middle Eastern world as a whole. The quantity of refugees that America can vet is simply a red herring, meant to distract you from the fact that this bill will turn away starving women and children all because a small proportion of them have the potential to commit terrorist attacks. I will remind the Senate that, just as Senator Conti stated, no refugee has on U.S. soil committed an act of terror. These are people that, when properly assimilated, are law-abiding, taxpaying, intelligent people that do nothing less than to enrich the lives of their community, businesses and country. Half of the Syrian refugees accepted by the U.S. have been children, according to a senior State Department official, with only roughly 2% being single men of combat age.

"I am frankly appalled that the Missouri Senator has tried so desperately to exploit people's emotions that he's resorted to saying it 'tears and breaks his heart when people hate all Arabs because of actions of some.' Clearly his heart must be now revolting against itself, seeing as that is the very premise of this bill. To deny refuge to fleeing people from a wartorn region due to the actions of some Arabs in Europe. He says that 'maybe somethings up when 2,000 men who all come from the same or similar cultures go sexually assaulting women weren't bad?' By that logic, we should be rounding up every straight, white Christian male in this country, seeing as far more of them commit crimes than the refugee population. Of course refugees sometimes break the law; so does everyone else. In fact, one of the top three informants of the FBI's counterterrorism operations is the Muslim American Community, or MAC. Refugees have also been found to, instead of leeching off the government like the Senator from Missouri so boldly claimed, look and try hard to find jobs, just like average Americans. And when they do find jobs, they are more likely to keep them and, in some cases, pay more into the social system then they take. These people are not criminals that are only here because of liberal pity, rather are tools to further enhance our country and enrich its economy, its culture and its people. Thank you."

The United States Initiative To Vow Refusal to Syrian Migrants
The American's Safety Act

The United States Initiative to Vow Refusal to Syrian Migrants is a bill proposed by Senator Jack Scalise and calls for the acceptance of no migrants from Syria, except those who have gone through an extensive screening process. As noticed in the European nations, the Syrian migrants have done nothing but cause problems in the said nations. Very few have gotten jobs and most are living off of the extensive welfare offered by the generous European Welfare States. While made out to be families, anywhere between 72-85 % of these migrants are military age, unmarried, childless, men. These men have shown to have strict interpretation on Islam and every country they've been in has been subject to mass rape and a rise in terror and violence. Seeing as the US doesn't need to involve itself in this mess, this bill says that the US government does NOT take in any Syrian migrants without the proper screening, and only brings in a very small number of said migrants. Lest our great nation be subject to the horrors that face Europe.

Section 1:
Starting in 2014, when Angela Merkel the chancellor of Germany said that she would "throw open the gates of Europe" to Syrian "refugees", The refugee crisis as it is known has led to chaos and disorder. One needs only to look at Sweden for confirmation. Where thanks to migrants there are 123 men to every 100 women. And Sweden has become the rape capital of Europe. Opposition to the migrants first began with the mass rapes in Cologne Germany on New Year's eve by Islamic migrants. And since then has grown to be a serious movement as many realize that letting in millions of unknown men who follow a dangerous and hateful ideology into your nation could possibly cause the doom of your country. Rape and crime rates have risen in Europe and most of the migrants are unemployed. They have proven to be nothing but a burden and a danger to Europe, and would be the same in The United States. As such this bill requests that it be the intentions of The US government to accept Syrian migrants, only after intense screening.

Section 2:
The bill also puts forth the request that the United States, in cooperation with the rest of the world, establish communities in Syria where those distraught by the war could live in shelter with steady supplies.
