Nickname: The SOLDIER Act

Overview: Updates the PATRIOT Act for the present day, replacing it with an intelligence bill that corrects its abuses, and enables a more effective, Constitutional strategy going forward, and deals with the clear and present issues of a corrupt and abusive National Security Agency.

Section 1: Fifteen years after 9/11, it is illogical to expect an act passed so long ago to remain effective in a much-changed world. Changes are required to current U.S. intelligence policies and owers as laid out in the PATRIOT Act, enhancing its strengths, and updating its weaknesses, while protecting the Constitutional rights of American citizens.

Section 1.1: Recent events have made clear the fact that the National Security Agency has become corrupted to the point of being a political tool against those who do not agree with the administration, and has lost its place as a defender of the American people.

Section 2: Hereby abolishes in its entirety the National Security Agency of the United States of America, and creates a Congressional team to oversee the abolishment of the organization over a six-month period, in which all necessary data will be transferred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the Central Intelligence Agency.

Section 3: Formalizes the No-Fly List created by the TSC, establishing criteria for placement on the list. An individual may be placed on the list-and given notification of such, when a judicial order is presented after probable cause of threat has been determined. The list shall be reviewed every three years, and names removed if probable cause is no longer present. Placement on the list may be challenged in a Federal appeals court

Section 4: Gives Federal authority and power to governmental agencies to perform wiretaps, with the authority of a judicial warrant, on a specific individual, with probable cause found without dispute. Notification procedure is immediate in such cases.

Section 5: Allows for forfeiture of assets utilized in money laundering if a conviction is obtained.

Section 6: Enforces mandatory detention of illegal aliens engaged in terrorist activity, or engaged in illegal activity that endangers U.S. National Security.

Section 7: Allows for provision of rewards up to $100,000 for assistance to the Department of Justice for the combating of terrorist acts and activities.

Section 8: Payments provided to victims of terrorism must be made speedily, within a period of thirty days.

Section 9: The Omnibus Safe Streets And Crime Act of 1968 is amended to include "terrorism" as a distinct criminal act.

Section 10: "Terrorism" is defined as criminal actions taken according to ideological fervour resulting in significant destruction, loss of life, or obstruction of government functioning with the intention of instilling fear in a populace and bringing about the destruction of a society or government.

Section 11: All foreign intelligence received by the Attorney General, or the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, must be disclosed to the other within a timely manner not exceeding one week.

Official Name: A bill to condition assistance to the West Bank and Gaza on steps by the Palestinian Authority to end violence and terrorism against Israeli citizens.

Overview: Conditions assistance to the West Bank and Gaza on steps to improve official attitudes towards the western world.

Section 1: Funds appropriated or otherwise made available for assistance under chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and available for assistance for the West Bank and Gaza may only be made available for such purpose if the Secretary of State certifies to the appropriate congressional committees that the Palestinian Authority—

(1) is taking credible steps to end acts of violence against United States and Israeli citizens that are perpetrated by individuals under its jurisdictional control, such as the March 2016 attack that killed former United States Army officer Taylor Force, a veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan;

(2) is publicly condemning such acts of violence and is taking steps to investigate or is cooperating in investigations of such acts to bring the perpetrators to justice; and

(3) has terminated payments for acts of terrorism against United States and Israeli citizens to any individual who has been imprisoned after being fairly tried and convicted for such acts of terrorism and to any individual who died committing such acts of terrorism.

Section 2: In this Act, the term appropriate congressional committees means—

(1) the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate; and

(2) the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives.

Section 3: Funds appropriated or otherwise made available for assistance under chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and available for assistance for foreign countries, states, and governments may only be made available for such purpose if the Secretary of State certifies to the appropriate congressional committees that those countries, states and governments

(1) is taking credible steps to end any acts of violence against United States that are perpetrated by individuals under its jurisdictional control or any acts of terrorism that are perpetuated by individuals under its jurisdictional control, or any actions resulting in the deaths of civilian noncombatants

(2) is publicly condemning such acts of violence and is taking steps to investigate or is cooperating in investigations of such acts to bring the perpetrators to justice; and

(3) has terminated payments for acts of terrorism to any individual who has been imprisoned after being fairly tried and convicted for such acts of terrorism and to any individual who died committing such acts of terrorism.


Section 4: Defines "Acts of terrorism" as actions using force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives"

The National Security Administration lost all of its credibility the moment it was discovered that the current Democratic administration was using it as a tool for political warfare. This organization is sucking up tax dollars to be a weapon in a partisan war and not to help this country. This measure is absolutely necessary. It should be passed immediately.

Overview: Makes modifications to WFRHBA, DI, DA, and other laws, regulations, and policies. Makes adjustments to better care for the wild horses of America. These reforms aim to improve the situation through removing certain regulations that make the job harder, and by implementing new ones for protection.

Section 1: The wild horse is a symbol of American freedom. It is a symbol of the frontier spirit of the West. Some actions have been taken to protect them, however other actions have been made afterwards that endanger them further. Also, some "protections" have led to more harm than good. YEE-HAW aims for effective reform.

Section 2: Eliminates number limits on amount of adoptions allowed for private actors.

Section 3: Forbids any adopted horse from being used for slaughter by private actors.

Section 4: Allows for light aircraft defined as aerial vehicles with a weight under 12,500 lbs propelled through prop motors to be used for humane capture by officials under WFRHBA regulations.

Section 5: Authorizes BLM officials to euthanize or remove animals bearing infectious diseases, serious medical conditions or other maladies considered dangerous to them or the herd.

Section 6: Allows for sale to private institutions of excess as determined by BLM inventory and unadoptable horses

Section 7: Legally institutes amendments forbidding funds gained from this in supporting, subsidizing or providing for the slaughter of said horses.

Section 8: Allows for legally relinquishing federal title to adopted horses after a period of six months if a review board finds the early relinquishment undamaging

Official Name:An Act to Reroute the Dakota Access Pipeline
Nickname:The DAPL Act

Overview: This act seeks to address the Dakota Access pipeline problem by rerouting the pipeline to other areas of North South Dakota to where oil does not flow through the lands of the Standing Rock Tribe and harm their water supply. This act helps solve the issue that protesters bring up as well as allow ETP and SXL to continue with their constructions.


Section 1:The water and nature of standing rock is being threatened by the DAPL, as such the US Army Corp of Engineers shall provide the plans needed to reroute the Dakota Access Pipeline to others area of the Dakota’s that is not harmful to native american and American water supplies.


Section 2: The US Army Corp of Engineers shall propose the best routes for the pipeline. They shall work with the ETP and SXL to find these routes.


Section 3: Under no circumstances shall the pipeline be located in or near the lake Oahe and other freshwater sources of the Standing Rock Tribe, and cities under the USA’s jurisdiction.


Section 4:The US Army Corp of Engineers shall intensely review once again all necessary environmental laws relating to the project such as the National Environmental policy act, NEPA, and the clean water act.
