SENATOR CARROLLTON IN CRITICAL CONDITION

WASHINGTON D. C.-From what ANN knows, Senator Gianna Carrollton of Ohio, Democrat, has suffered a heart attack after a night out. She appears, as we know, in critical condition. She is recovering in the George Washington University Hospital, in Washington D. C. She appears to have been visited by other Senators, and has gotten many well wishes.

It appears that Mayor Brankers has just come up with a brilliant plan to fix our schools! Here's a short summary of it:

There is so much crud that our children are learning in school that they will never use! Thomas did the smile, happy he was calling the best doctor in California. However, he made sure to block his number first before calling and to use his most girly, high-pitched voice possible to conceal his identity.

"Heeeey Doc, I just wanted to say that you are soooo cuuuute."

Thomas paused, trying to keep himself from doing the laugh, and then continued.

"Dr. Johnson, I was actually watching the party from the distance, and I think I saw Senators Carrollton and Villanueva de Peña escorting him out!!!"

Mental Hospital

After the initial fear and shock, Rod came to enjoy his time at the mental hospital. He got to watch TV and color with crayons every day. Of course, it was sad because he was not with Donald Johnson or his fiancée. Rod was a bit cross, but mostly was happy.

Now he is getting bored. He has no way to play Club Penguin, and his wedding is approaching! He decides to try and contact his favorite cousin, to check him out of the hospital.

At craft time, he writes a letter using his crayons, on the back of a coloring book.

It reads, "Hello Donald Johnson, my name is Rod Johnson. I am trapped in the Mental Hospital. Taylor Cox and some bad men brought me here. I think it is part of my bachelor party. I am bored and there is no water with bubbles so please help me leave."

Rod then wheels to the hospital secretary, and does the charming smile. Thinking him to be a special needs patient, she helps him mail the crayon-scrawled note to Donald Johnson.

Rod immediately regrets sending it, but it is too late. The letter will arrive soon.

It had been-well, it had been months, now, since she had last shown herself in public. Months that felt like years-her former place as the Democratic frontrunner, likely recipient of the nomination, seeming to be lifetimes ago. She had seen her gift, her gift to Carrollton that was so painful for her to give, spurned, cast aside for a backroom deal, and she had seen the fruit that that rejection had borne. The near-collapse of the party. The rise of a new one. A Republican victory assured, and strengthened to the extreme. It was tempting, seeing the Progressives, to seek to come to them. Tempting for a new chance. She felt they fit her far better than the Democrats truly did. But-no. At the least-not yet. She would remain with the party she was so close to becoming the nominee for. Whether that party would long survive would have to be seen.

The blend of incompetence on the part of her opponent, and sympathy for her condition as she made her recovery had allowed her campaign to simply be a front-porch one. But, she owed at least one appearance before election day. At least one more chance to speak to the people of her state before it all came crashing down.

She let the note hang before the expectant crowd, then went in with a little big of manufactured vigor.

"How are we all doing tonight?"

That got some cheers and applause, and she stepped into the bulk of her speech. Not even a rally. Simply a message to her people.

"It has been a long time since I stood out here before you all. Too long. But I've been recovering. And my recovery has been going well. I'm here before all of you, now, regaining my strength-but here to ask only one thing, and something simple."

"It has been, now, eight years since you did me the great honor of electing me Governor of this state. We came together through the recession, and then rose out of it, together as well. We fought for changes long thought to be impossible-but together, we succeeded, together, we conquered."

"This-tomorrow-this will be my last election here. My final term. We've come an incredible way together, but everything must come to an end."

"The growth we've experienced, the advances we've made, innovations and discoveries, policy and people-all moving forward. My part in this is almost done-I'm seeing the end of the tracks. There's only a little further to go-to stay the course until the final destination."

"What I am asking for is if you will stand with me one last time. Let us finish what we started. One final time together."

"All we've been through, all we've done-let's finish strong."

With that, she stepped off of the stage-finished.
