2. Use that money to invest in the oil industry back in the US through expansion programs and increased wells.

3. Use some of that money as well as increased collaborations to work on longer term solutions through green energy initiatives.

Also, I think we should do the New York Caucus maybe next Wednesday. Or sometime later next week in the latter half.
