I think Beaumont has a decent chance in Nevada and Delaware. The Dakotas and Montana might go with him due to their large oil industry Beaumont was to grow.

I'm going to keep going until my meeting with Reed, then I will decide on what to do.

Main Strengths: Has been analysing elections for a fair amount of time
Main Weaknesses: Dogged by controversy from his pollster days
Short Bio: Alan Rohrer Shapiro was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on 1st February 1965. He's lived a normal childhood, and moved to New Jersey in 1984 to go to Princeton University to continue his studies, of which he would eventually graduate with an economics degree. In the 1984 elections, being the Liberal college Democrat he was during that time, he voted for Walter Mondale. However, it would be the next election that piqued his interest in polling, as he saw how Michael Dukakis, formerly leading in the polls, lost momentum and was eventually beaten. He left the Democrats in December 1988, joining the Libertarians, which, as he stated, was closer to his ideals than the Democrats.
Following the 1994 mid-term elections, he established the Shapiro Polling Firm, which was, during its peak, contracted with prestigious news publications and networks such as the WSJ and NYT. Although initially regarded as one of the highest-quality polling organisations, compared to the likes of Gallup and Pew Research Centre, the SPF lost credibility following a string of inaccurate polls, which were criticised by many to be too Democrat-leaning. As such, Shapiro resigned as the Chair of the Shapiro Polling Firm in 2001, and soon the SPF was shut down.
However, Shapiro made a return to polling in 2008 by founding the website TheSurveyor.com, which focused on analysing and dissecting polls, as well as using polls and other factors to determine the outcome of an election. It was brought to fame when it correctly predicted that Winston would win the presidency, with the site's electoral map coming close to his actual electoral vote count. It predicted that Winston would be re-elected in 2012, despite opposition from Conservative critics, who denounced Shapiro as having a Liberal bias (Winston was neck-and-neck with and in some cases trailing the Republican nominee). This year, he hopes to continue that streak.
Other Info: He's Jewish so yea.
