Reduce the size of your navy and air force and increase the size of your Army. Or just do the former two. And thirdly, can you please put your country in Brettonia? It just doesn't fit the canon I'm sorry.

Navy: The Verein Navyis surprisingly strong, especially considering the Vereinener focus on Land Warfare. The Navy has one Aircraft Carrier, the Anfang, along with 13 Frigates, 10 Destroyers, 8 Submarines, and 28 Coastal Defense Craft. There are 238,000 Naval Personnel. The Verein Marine Corps has 10,000 Men, and is one of the most modern parts of the Verein Military.
Army: There are 920,000 Army Personnel, though it has been known to grow up to million. While not as modernized as some, it does have 9,755 Main Battle Tanks, 1,200 Missile Launchers, 2,000 Towed Artillery pieces, and 14,570 APCs and IFVs.
Air Force: The weakest branch of the Verein Military, the Air Force is still a force to be reckoned with. With 1,208 Fighter/Interceptor Aircrfat, 935 Bomber Aircraft, and 1,680 Support Aircraft, it is quite capable of holding its own. There are 152,000 Air Force Personnel.
Tech Level: MT, but attempting to catch up to Ghondra.
A Brief History of My Nation:
Verein has history going far back. Initially inhabited by the Aisukuers, they lived peacefully in what is now Northern Verein since before recorded history. Even as the rest of the world advanced, the remained stubbornly behind in their frozen home. Sometime in Antiquity, the Tomoians arrived from Kaea and with them they brought war and destruction. They fought numerous conflicts with the Aisukuers, but largely remained confined to Southern and Middle Verein, mainly due to the lack of unity among their tribes. This was not to last. The Vereineners, moving down from Brettonia, were an unstoppable military force that changed the face of the entire region. Easily subjugating the Aisuku tribes, they fought for centuries to fully subjugate the Tomoians, forcing them piece by piece out of Middle Verein, and then finally taking Southern Verein from them.
Now, in the 1500s, ruling over most of modern day Verein, they tried expanding outwards into other nations, putting them on the brink of a true Empire. However, the Tomoians were incredibly unhappy with how they were treated, and revolted multiple times. Although the Vereineners put down these revolts, casualties were heavy on both sides, and soon the Vereineners had to give up on their Imperialistic dreams, and instead focus on uniting their nation. As time passed, the rulers of Verein began taking a more even hand in how they treated the tribes, and the nation began to feel united, if uneasily. The industrial revolution had less of an impact in Verein than it did other nations, and so Verein began to develop something of a backwards reputation. Still, Verein's impressively large army and relative internal peace made it something of a regional power. It was at this time that they turned into a Constitutional Monarchy,
At the time the First World War came around, they sided with Ghondra throughout the conflict, due to their Alliance. Falling, like much of the world, into a deep economic depression between the wars, Verein remained neutral at the beginning of the Second World War, instead focusing on improving the economy and finally modernizing the country. Joining late in the war, they decided to recreate their alliance with Ghondra, which stands to this day. In the modern day, their ancient internal tensions have reignited, and some say that it is only a matter of time until the Tomoians revolt yet again. Meanwhile, the Aisukuers have regained their identity, and are attempting to reignite knowledge of their language and tribes. But even as these troubles threaten to rip Verein apart, its power remains impressive, and the friendship with Ghondra is as strong as ever.

You have free reign to make your own nation. And since this is a long term project I also recommend joining my RP Group Thought Cafe so that you can keep track, though that's not mandatory.

It's best if you didn't. The past history of your country helps determine what everyone else thinks of you; for example, Ghondra got involved in their own Iraq War, so that made a lot of people angry at them. And the side you picked during the Second World War could change everything in your relations.
So really, please don't.

Does it better fit now? Sorry if I've been inept, I haven't had a whole lot of experience with open RP's.

Something in that direction, with some anti-Pope stuff hidden in since he claims to be a new Ecumenical Patriarch.
