define invading horde, what do you mean by that?

as for the merch company, i would say no more than 1000 men, but once more that depends on what you make them into, for a general rule, the higher the quality the lower the quantity, and vice-versa

For a merc, I would say 1,000-2,000 troops.

That actually makes me more optimistic if the Empire's prospects. The Akounate may have numbers, but they lack in training. They are too confident.

Well. You have to play as one of the traces or a variant of it. I suppose you could be from the Nordic Home continent or something else beyond the lands of winter
