Should we have to reboot this, i think it would be best to have the events you had planned to have already happened, so it doesnt take so long to actually start the true plot, so to speak.

Well, I could make a relative of my character (unknown to him) who works for the Akounate, I guess.

If you want to set it up, I'd join an RP group.

Oh, also one of the funnier Khajiit I've met in Skyrim (I've just got back into the game, really. Pretty heavily modded, but no overhauls. Yet.) is one who said something like "Khajiit is guard, so Khajiit has no wares to sell."
I liked it mainly because of the whole "Khajiit has wares if you have coin" thing.
