I actually think Tabbis should fight alongside Glacia and Spicer, for development reasons, before he switches sides. So if anything, it would be Glacia bringing him back. It would also give the heroes another opponent to fight.

The argument does make sense, considering the X Fighters know shit about anything, so they wouldn't know Tabbis isn't getting stronger or not, but right now it's besides the point. I think Glacia reviving him makes better sense, as she's the only person who would want him back, and at this stage he is still allies with her. Again, I expect him to switch sides during the battle.

I think the only wish is to bring the Earth back, given that no one else has died. Granted, people will die against Glacia (Brussel being one of them) but I don't think he's coming back.
