DIAMOND will allow now be allowing for other governments to 'hire' it for special jobs but it is costly.

Infiltration-O-Meter

AU - 100%
USA - 100%
Freedonia - 85%
CSA - 85%
Erie - 60%
Texas - 50%
California - 50%
Florida - 25%
RMU - 25%
Alaska - 10%
Born. - 5%
Anachua - 5%

I doubt that Alaska is that high.

Care to explain what "100%" means? Whatever it does, I highly doubt the USA is that high.

DIAMOND has to be known to exist to be hired, right? Only Freedonia and Borinquen know it exists thanks to the Ark. The USA probably does too.

I operate the biggest intelligence agencies in this RP. There is no way that it's at 50%. The highest it can be is like 25% and absolutely no knowledge of things like SPARTAN or LONGHORN. Which only a few people know about.

Your are third or fourth biggest at best but you are probably better equipped then some of the people. Also everyone knows about Longhorn now.

Longhorns are not what I mean. I am talking about TIA. That nobody knows about.

The way I see it.

1. USA: NSA, CIA, FBI, Pentagon, everything in one-a massive edge.
2. DIAMOND: Secrecy and thus lower budget makes things difficult, but well-established, extremely active.
3. TIA/Longhorns: Somewhat smaller/less active than DIAMOND, but being in the open gives them a funding edge. Longhorns being revealed and brief training makes them a liability, though.
4. Choretos-Maybe should be higher. Beats everyone in numbers, spread, and government integration, but lacks the toys the other have.

-----

5. Freedonia-Generally very porous, and almost zero offensive capability, the Director has made strides internally, though, largely effective there, critical defenses, at least, are tight.
6. UPE: Major losses have caused a drastic fall, still active infiltrators.
7. Alaska: Seems to lack an intelligence wing, but very difficult to infiltrate, some military-style recon capability.
8, 9, 10, 11, 12: Imperial Idaho, Confederacy, Mississippi League, California

All have little/no mention of intelligence capabilities. May well be above the others, but certainly below the four big ones.

Though if TIA actually is not publicly known about, then probably bump them down to 4, raise the Choreros one, as funding would have dropped.

No the TIA is well funded it's just the it diverts it's funds from the Longhorns. If people got everything on the Longhorns they would find that the amount they get is way under what they need because a large chunk is what finds the TIA.

Alright I will let them through. So how is the Mexican crisis going? If negotiations fail, I get to test out the Robert E. Lee.

You were supposed to bring then to a war game like a month ago and did not so we brought them and they went into Texas and have now been waiting for like two months for the war games to start just sort of lounging about travelling around the state looking for wherever the war games are supposed to be.

Visit the Alamo and see the sites. Or you can help me and Mexico fight California.

Dude.

1. Garestaer is not in his office.

2. Assad sent you the letter, not Garestaer.

Maybe I will just invade Freedonia while it is vulnerable.

If you invade Freedonia, the CSA is obligated by treaty to protect Freedonia.

With what? The CSAF can easily destroy any ground force that does not have air superiority, and with the Freedonian air force supporting that is unlikely.

To address the concerns:

100% - can operate easily, readily, and often safely. The USA is at that level mostly because of Operation Poisoned Apple

Borquien does have that deal of AU foreign businesses exclusively allowed to conduct business so that boosts it but you are right about the government.

TIA would fail if they attempted to compete with DIAMOND outside of Texas. Percent would probably be then 35ish

Anahcua? Whatever it's called but I'll raise it a bit.

Any other questions?

And, what's a good acronym for the letter E for an intelligence organization?
