Money is a bad idea, as previously noted, plus Freedonia is not that interested.

The trade would be for military equipment, land, or resources, and I know you are not willing to give up any land.

We could also go with building another factory but that would be bad for your economy.

I can think of one thing that would work, two diplomatic, non-giving stuff up things combined with a bit of oil and/or some other resource.
