Depends on a few things. They will obviously be upset, but are not really in a position to go to war. They might try to print cash themselves, or they may declare Fort Worth bills invalid, though that may be difficult to enforce, I need to check something there. Whether or not they go "nuclear" is more dependent on other things than you.
