I choose the second definition of it. This meaning rule by virtue and not owning land to be allowed to vote or hold political office. Instead one is required to serve time in the military (currently 6 years)

i figured the headmaster would wnt to me and talk to my guy first. and talk to him of course what with him being a merc and all. loyl to the highest bidder. nd maybe to try and pump some info from. he did used to be one of the good guys fter all.

If your guy is part of the academy, he has already talked to the headmaster...the headmaster is in charge of the League and Academy XD
